    “The things that are shared within the group are to remain within the group. Things like it is not a place to give and receive advice. It is simply a place to share, which makes it so safe because you know that whatever you put out there is not going to be corrected. It’s not going to be even really commented on in any kind of way, except for like ‘Thank you for sharing that,’ and I can’t tell you the power of how safe that feels.” -Anna [03:58]
