  • In this episode of Sandwich Parenting, I am incredibly honoured to speak with Susan Campbell. Susan is a psychologist and has worked as a professional speaker and a dating and relationship coach for over 35 years. She is the author of many books, including her ground-breaking The Couples Journey. Her most recent book is From Triggered to Tranquil and it's one of the best books I have ever read in my entire life. It’s incredibly practical and explains everything in a straightforward, logical way. To me, this is one of the few Human Life Handbooks that no one gives you when you are born and says "Read this. It will save you a lot of headaches; you don't have to muddle through this on your own." It's all about triggers and how they are the bridge into healing what we need to heal.

Please look her up and please Do the Work! You will not regret the time spent working on your triggers. It changes everything and all relationships you have, especially with your children, who might be the biggest source of all your triggers!
