  • Jenni is joined by Olympic Diver and medalist Noah Williams on this episode of RunPod.

Noah made waves at Paris 2024, earning a silver medal alongside Tom Daley in the 'Men’s Synchro Diving' and then securing a bronze in the 'Men’s 10m Platform'. While diving might be his main passion, Noah’s training routine includes the step master, and running on a wooden arched treadmill, keeping him in peak shape.

With the Olympics behind him, Noah is taking on some new running challenges: a Half Ironman and the London Marathon 2025, where he’ll be running alongside his girlfriend. He's hoping for perfect spring weather, but let’s face it - if it rains this isn’t a guy who’s afraid of getting wet!

  • Today’s RunPod guest, Mathew Pritchard, sums it up perfectly: “Running Rocks!” Mat is best known as the fearless frontman of MTV’s Dirty Sanchez, the UK’s answer to Jackass, but he’s traded in his wild stunt days for a life of health, fitness, and adventure.

Mat is a professional skateboarder, stunt performer, vegan cookbook author, tattoo shop owner and most importantly, a passionate runner. He’s transformed chaos into incredible achievements, tackling some of the world’s toughest sporting challenges. From setting a world record by completing 30 half Iron Man events in 30 days to rowing across the Atlantic in 52 days and conquering a 487-mile triathlon in just 14 days, Mat’s journey is a testament to resilience, grit, and a refusal to quit.

Join us as Mat dives into his newfound love for running, the highs and lows of extreme endurance, and how he channels his relentless drive into every challenge he faces. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, this episode is packed with inspiration that will make you want to lace up, hit the road, and push beyond your limits!

With temperatures soaring over 40 degrees and the sun relentlessly blazing down, Spencer will be tackling the equivalent of 5 Marathons des Sables, renowned as the toughest footrace on the planet.

He'll cover an astonishing 786 miles, comparable to running the entire length of the UK, but through the unforgiving desert terrain.

Not only is Spencer aiming to set a world record, but he's also raising funds for the incredible charity Global's Make Some Noise. Get ready to hear about his inspiring journey that is about to push the limits of endurance and determination!

If you'd like to donate you can go to www.makesomenoise.com/spencer-matthews-challenge/

You can also follow online using the hashtag #30in30

    Global's Make Some Noise Statement:

This is an official Guinness World Record attempt for “the most consecutive marathons run on sand”, which makes it even more difficult. There are a number of rules that need to be followed for Spencer to be successful, including:

The whole attempt must be made on sand - either on a beach or sand desert zone

Spencer may choose to run barefoot or with shoes and may alternate throughout the attempt

The entire course must consist of only sand. For instance, a layer of sand over a field of grass would not qualify

All marathon runs must be finished within 6 hours to be eligible.

Listen on to hear Imo's inspiring story of endurance, resilience, and the sheer willpower it took to conquer this monumental feat.

  • In this episode of RunPod, Jenni is joined by the host of The Fortune Hotel, Stephen Mangan.

Stephen is a man of many talents, he’s also star of shows like ‘Green Wing’, ‘Episodes’ and ‘The Split’. He’s an author, a radio presenter and best of all he is a runner. And a pretty nifty one at that.

He might be one of the busiest men in showbiz but he stays sane with running, although we have no idea how he fits it all in. He’s currently training for a duathlon but still found the time to chat to Jenni about why running is so important to him and how it benefits him.

It was a joy to chat to Stephen and it will be a joy to listen as you head out on your run.

Enjoy and of course, happy running.
