  • In this episode of 'Redefine You' Hayley and Olympia talk about how she overcame her mental and emotional limitations to turn herself into a formidable mathematician and scientist, how to develop the confidence needed to become a NASA rocket scientist, how to overcome stress and how to attract the things you want and need to have a successful, fulfilling life.
Perhaps the most important members of any community are its leaders: people who see a path forward and help others make progress. Olympia LePoint overcame poverty, gang violence and sexual abuse while turning failing math grades into an award-winning career as a rocket scientist, helping NASA launch 28 Space Shuttle missions. That is strength. She then took her answers and turned them into groundbreaking books on how to unleash the raw power of the human brain, and devoted herself to helping others overcome their limitations. It’s no surprise she is one of the most important and most sought-after teachers, speakers and leaders on Earth. Bringing Olympia Le Point to the podcast today helps fulfill a promise I made to my community to bring us the very best sources of strength and inspiration.

  • Today on our BONUS EPISODE- I wanted to share with you a very close passion project of mine. This past year was filled with collective anxiety in which allowed us to relate to one another and amplify that it is okay to not be okay. With this, I created a mental health incentive called “CheckInWithYou”. This features friends and loved ones of mine in the industry as they checked in themselves to see how they were coping with their mental wellbeing during this time. Its authentic, raw, and showcases you are never alone. When one shows their vulnerability in such a way it encourages us to look within and find the strength to know the power is in you.
HELP is just a phone call away. You are never alone. Visit checkinwithyou.com and follow @checkinwithyou for more info & resources.

  • Too often the word “art” is applied to work that is out of touch, elitist, inaccessible, unapproachable, or mystifying. Epic recording artists Bahari, Ruby Carr, and Natalie Panzarella, embody the original meaning of the word: connection. At first glance these two best friends and musical soulmates appear as glamorous, beautiful young women with the world at their feet- records deals, tens of millions of streams, touring with Selena Gomez, millions of followers, and incredible talent, but there is a lot more to the story with these two: loss, heartbreak, mistakes and costly battles with mental and emotional health. Ruby and Natalie are here for the whole truth. Bahari talks about their EP “Forget You” and how their songs “Jackie Kennedy” and “Bipolar” have had a profound impact, helping millions feel connected to life and to face problems with hope and strength.
