In this first new episode of Reality Poke for 2023, I let The Crew speak about the current energies and how we’re all being called to finally let old patterns be done with, once and for all.

How can we make better choices? In this episode of Reality Poke, we take a decision to investigate choices, and how those choices create our reality, our personal lives, and also the world around us.
Each choice we make is made from a singular moment of truth, with the information we have available in that moment. And each step forward from there is infinitely changed - just as we are as individuals - by taking that choice.
Today, I take you out into the wild, to walk with me and The Crew, my energy collective, as we ponder Choices and Decisions surrounded by nature, as we take the conversation further on from Poking about Truth (the last Reality Poke episode) and link that further into how we can make aware choices, and be kinder to ourselves, in our lives.

How can we identify Truth? In this episode of Reality Poke, we dig into Truth, what it is and how we can figure out how to navigate in these times when we’re all scratching our heads and wondering what the truth actually is.
What is my truth? How is it created? How can I figure out what Truth actually is?
Truth is too complex to actually identify, so the shift has to be the reorientation of ourselves into the energy frequency of ‘questioning’. This is all part of us understanding our own part of the reconfiguration of the world right now - which is why we’re all here.
The Crew, my energy collective step forward as two voices (yep, we’re stepping even further into the weird - so brace yourself, lol) to offer higher perspectives of Truth, and that it’s up to us to be aware of our own choices of how we’re creating our lives, and where that choice itself needs to come from.
I think we’ll be returning to this subject again in another Reality Poke episode, as this is a huge, complicated, layered upon layered subject. But for now, enjoy this first ‘Poking into Truth’.

Humanity is evolving, into a new way of being. And each of us has the power to weave the next version of life and existence. After the expansion and Awakening… what next?? Well, as many of you know, what’s next is something that’s on the scale from “OMG I think I’m dying” to extreme emotional releases, spiritual flu, turning into a banshee, or anything in between. As we move into a more quickened state, we’re all feeling these physical reconfigurations, realignments and solidifying of who we are NOW.

After the expansion and awakenings, we’re all called to live, breathe, Be and teach the NEW version ourselves OUT LOUD. Prompted by The Crew, this episode concentrates on how we can allow ourselves to be the fullness of ourselves, even before we are ready, and how we’re being encouraged to not wait - but to TEACH this world OUT LOUD, of what it means to be an awakening Soul here in this world right now.

How can we handle all these Awakenings? We are literally living in a cycle of change that is happening so quickly - our navigation points are constantly changing, as we expand and feel the world differently each day. How can we find a way forward in this unsettledness when nothing seems solid enough to hold onto?
