Burnout can manifest in various ways, including fatigue, irritability, decreased motivation, and difficulty concentrating. It often occurs when individuals feel overwhelmed by the demands of their roles and perceive a lack of control or support in managing those demands. Burnout can significantly impact one's well-being, productivity, and relationships if left unaddressed.
