This episode has been a long time coming. News I've been excited to share for a long while now. A creation that sits very close to my heart and what I hope will prove to serve as an anchor and connection point for you on your journey home.
I'll leave it at that, and the rest you can learn about by tuning in. ;)
I love your face.

I thought I would be able to produce this podcast every Tuesday, while also bringing forward everything else. Turns out my capacity is even lower than I thought these days. I feel you might be able to relate? Oof.
Diminished/selective capacityWhat happens when our old programming is no longer runningRefusing to play the capitalistic gameCreating from a place of beingSlow and conscious conception and birth of creative dreamsRushing and forcing the birth processLeaning into trust
So, I'm putting the RRP into dormancy (a bit of a nap time) while I sink into creator mode and give my nervous system the space it needs.
The next time you hear from me will be when I have some new things to share with your lovely self.
Today I riff on...If you're riding the same wavelength as me, I have a good question you can ask yourself...
What would it feel like and look like to live life from a state of being, and trusting that was enough? And what would I have to believe to be blocked from that becoming a reality?
Ok, I love your face. Really. Like a lot. I have so much respect and deep gratitude for this beautiful RRP crew.
See you soon(ish)!

Just to warn you, this episode is a powerful one. Nourishing... but powerful.
Originally, according to my calendar, today was supposed to be the reveal of the changes I've been working on behind the scenes. However, the project has called for more creative space. So I'm giving it.
In this episode, I touch on...
- Energetic exhaustion
- The alchemy of quiet time
- The draining nature of certain external narratives
- Distraction as a tool for control
- Reconnecting to our internal truth
- Why our creative expression is so important at this time
- The reconnection to personal sovereignty
- And a little update on the coming weeks
Thank you so much for hanging in there as I traverse the messiness of this time of transition. I cannot WAIT to share what I have cooking for you.
Lots of big warm hugs and kisses on the face.
Your Host,

Care to join me in a conversation with my Spiritual Fairy Godmother?
This episode marks the 4th one of transition month and it is jam-packed with so much wisdom from one of my favorite humans of all time.
Lynnette Duncan (@oracleofyoursoul) is a Life Purpose Astrologer, Energy & Empowerment Coach, and Spiritual Strategist. She has been by my side for many a meltdown and is one of the most nurturing and grounding presences.
We dive into so much on this episode.
- Why we will be experiencing a deepening in self-identity
- What spiritual beliefs keep us stuck
- Why inner-security is a theme for 2022
- Authenticity's role in the ascension process
- Embodying the higher-self
- Lynnetteâs secret to manifestation
- Being in a constant state of creation
- The new baseline frequency
- And so, so much more.
I hope you enjoy this very casual chat during this very messy and casual time on the RRP.

To be completely honest, transition month between RRP and what it is becoming has been a challenge for me. The mushy middle of metamorphosis always is.
In todayâs episode, my very dear friend Jac and I riff on all things change.
The scary steps we must take if we want to live in alignment, the last 1% of decision making being the hardest, the self-doubt that is inherent in almost all change, and the state of flow we enter once we click into and act on the truth of our inner-knowing.
Jac has been with me throughout the entirety of this crazy ride so I thought she would be the perfect person to have on. This episode is like sitting on the couch joining us for a chat.
We talk aboutâŠ
- The floatiness of change
- Carving space out to fully express
- The healing in showing up authentically
- Why the last 1% of change is the hardest
- Change portals
- Going back and forth in decision making
- Why it all comes down to inner-trust
- The importance of community that is in the same arena
- Why Iâm making these shifts within the podcast
- A sneak peek into the vibe of whatâs to come
- And lots of other fun and casual riffing.
You can find Jac on Instagram @jacquelineparker
I hope you enjoy this 3rd and final full episode of transition month as we inch closer and closer to the reveal.
I am both terrified and very excited.
I love your face.

If youâve felt unmotivated, uninspired, untethered, apathetic, like youâve lost all connection to your previous passions and your life is falling apart⊠welcome friend. You are walking alongside a mass of souls who are coming back home.
The intention behind this episode is to support you on that journey. To help you feel a little less alone, and to bring clarity and understanding to exactly whatâs going on, why itâs happening, and what might be coming up next.
Kiley Redhead has been a mentor of mine for over 7-years and recently guided me through one of the most challenging and transformative times of my life thus far. The journey back home to myself. What she calls, the journey to self-realization.
In this episode, we both share our experience moving through the most difficult phase of the journey to self-realization. What I lovingly refer to as, âthe pressure cooker.â
A few things we dive into on this episodeâŠ
What is self-realization?Why do we go through it?The feeling of a complete loss of passion and motivationIdentity lossThe loneliness phaseShame around âfailingâ at lifeLimbo land and how to get outCommitment to intuitive knowingsNo longer abandoning the selfThe key to moving through the journey with easeI truly hope you find solace in this episode. Shedding away an entire lifetime of stories and ways of being is no joke. It will test you on every level and open up all of your deepest wounds. And, you signed up for this. Itâs why youâre here. You wouldnât have come if you didnât know you could handle it.
Just know that if your life feels like itâs falling apart, youâre not wrong, youâre not making a mistake, and you are on what will be one of the most rewarding journies of your life. The key takeaways? Trust and allow.

This one landed for me in a new way.
We are all moving closer and closer to our core truth. To our beingness. The thing is, to get there we can go through a lot of trial and error. A lot of shedding of the old and stepping courageously (which doesn't mean without fear, but despite fear) into the new.
This episode is all about coming home to that truth. Coming home to self. Because at the end of the day, it's the only thing that will be left standing.
On the practical side of things - and I should get this on a t-shirt - things are changing.
"Things are changing" - Katie B (2019 - 2022) đ
Yes. Yet again! Allowing myself to choose again, and again, until I find what feels aligned and true has been a huge lesson for me. One that has also required an insane amount of self-compassion and grace. Not so easy, but worth it.
So, here we are. In this episode, I give you all the details of what went down and what's up next.

Hey you lovely human! This time is what I would refer to as an under-construction period for the Real Rebel Podcast. So I'm just dropping in for a very casual chat. I share my personal experience leaning deeper into trusting my innate knowing and getting more and more comfortable with just being. I also riff on other things like sovereignty, the creative process, the importance of holding the frequency of light, how our frequency is our greatest gift and other such ramblings.
I love your face.

In this episode, I riff on a few different things. Really itâs just a sort of catch up, hey how ya doinâ, this is what Iâve been experiencing, maybe you can relate, sort of episode.
Maybe it was the solar eclipse, maybe itâs just because it was time, but I feel Iâve landed in a place I have been en route to for a long time. A mix of sweet relief, excitement, grief, and fear of the unknown are all showing up at the same time.
Still lots of work to do, still lots of action to take in the physical world, but I feel like a vast ocean was crossed and Iâve just landed on the shore.
Ah, life⊠you gorgeous mess.
A few things I touch onâŠ
The impact of the solar eclipse.Releasing pressure on our healing timeline.Creating a superhighway for the Universe. How not bypass the lessons in front of you.Listening to whatâs loud. Why we get caught in the shame cycle.Reconnecting to your internal self-healer.Re-establishing trust with your inner wisdom. My appreciation for YOU.My resistance to Human Design and how it facilitated a major shift for me.Trusting the sacral chakra yes and no.Why filling your cup is so crucial. Some BAQâs (Big Ass Questions). For the full show notes including some journal prompts click the link below.

In this Audio Coffee episode, Iâm riffing on sovereignty and power.
In the world today we can see two things happening in contrast to each other. A rise in fear and a rise in love.
Which means what weâre witnessing, is people giving up their sovereignty as a result of being consumed by the fear narrative. There is a lack of trust in the self and trust in our own innate soul wisdom and power.
It also means that we are also seeing people activated into their light. We are seeing people being called to and stepping into their power and their sovereignty, and reconnecting with the truth that above all else, they can trust themselves.
This episode is meant to remind you of your own. If you feel called to your bigness, called to step into your magic and offer your medicine to this world, now is the time. And you ARE ready.
Items I riff on todayâŠ
Our sovereignty and innocence are waiting. The mix of structure and magic.Taking up the space designed for you.How we are taught to mistrust ourselves. The reclamation of our trust and sovereignty.Trusting our medicine, giving it, and not looking back. When to receive (feminine energy) vs seek (masculine energy).Stepping into your bigness. An awesome card pull (pictured below) and much more!See full show notes: https://www.realrebelpodcast.com/audio-coffee/rising-into-sovereignty

In this Audio Coffee episode, Iâm riffing on living life through the filter of our heartâs resonance and the flow that results in doing so.
I think a lot of us have found ourselves living in our minds this and last year. With so much going on itâs hard not to set up camp in the old noggin. However, it also causes us to lose connection with our hearts. Which, vicious cycle, leads us to try and solve that feeling of disconnection with our minds because we feel so desperate to reconnect.
Now is the time for living from the heart. The only direction you will go living from the mind, is in circles.
Trust me, Iâve got the donut marks in the dirt to prove it. ;)
Items I riff on todayâŠ
Why many of us are feeling disconnected.Heart resonance as a base point. Why we tend to play small. Why initially stepping into our bigness doesnât feel good.My experience with under-the-radar bullying.Feeling like a child in your adult life.Imposter syndrome.Living in survival mode vs. heart resonance.EMDR therapy. An awesome card pull. And much more!

In this episode, I talk with Martha Beck an incredible human here on earth to help facilitate the transformation of consciousness.
Martha is a New York Times best-selling author and speaker. She holds three Harvard degrees in social science, and Oprah Winfrey has called her âone of the smartest women I know.â Martha is a passionate and engaging teacher, known for her unique combination of science, humor, and spirituality. Her newest book, The Way of Integrity: Finding the Path to Your True Self, was an instant New York Times Best Seller.
Personally, I think Martha is one of the most down-to-earth and real spiritual teachers out there. Our conversation both lit me and rooted me down. I hope it does the same for you.
Some topics we touch onâŠ
What living integrity feels like. What happens when weâre out of integrity. The results of her year without lying. Why finding out what you yearn for is so important. The power of discovering your wings of desire. What the âdark woodsâ is and why it exists. The identity shift that comes with living in integrity.Mourning the loss of our known misery. What to do when we feel tempted to go back to old ways. Why yearning is so important when the path gets uncomfortable. How suffering can become our ally.Getting out of gaslighting yourself.One-degree turns vs. big leaps. The magical life-changing experience Martha had while in surgery. The biggest lesson Martha has learned this year. What Martha is excited about for the future.I hope you enjoy this episode even just half as much as I enjoyed recording it for you. I couldnât recommend Marthaâs book enough. I found it incredibly supportive and will be going back to it again and again.

In this Audio Coffee episode, Iâm riffing on exhaustion. Iâve been hearing a lot of people talk about just how exhausted theyâve been feeling, and personally have been feeling it too.
Thereâs nothing wrong with feeling exhausted. Anything we feel is simply a message from our body or soul letting us know what it needs. The trouble comes from the inner narrative weâve been taught that says rest is a bad thing, and that we should push ourselves to always be performing and producing. This does not allow any space for the human experience. This is the programmed narrative for a cog in the industrial machine that is capitalism.
You are not a machine. This has been a tough couple of years. If youâre exhausted, youâre a normal human. And feeling exhausted does not mean you have failed. It means you are awake.
Items I riff on todayâŠ

Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/realrebelpodcastOk you human. I think youâre great. Whether youâre exhausted or full of beans. Wherever you are, youâre not wrong for being there.
Remember to listen intently for the messages coming through. And when you hear them, act. Whether that be a nap, a moment of stillness, a walk in nature, or a naked dance around your house to the latest Jay-Z track. Just give yourself what you need. Youâre a human.

In this episode, I riff on what I believe is a very common feeling this year (2021) of âblah-ness.â
The inspiration for this Quick Riff is from an article that I found extremely affirming and helpful called âThereâs a Name for the Blah Youâre Feeling: Itâs Called Languishing.â Itâs written by psychologist Adam Grant and explains why so many of us are feeling âblahâ and what we can do about it.
I donât know about you, but Iâm definitely feeling the effects of 2020. And although itâs important not to wallow in the past, in order to move forward in a positive direction, we first have to fully witness, understand, and release what is still sitting with us from the past.
A few things I touch onâŠ
What is languishing (blah-ness).The symptoms of languishing. Why so many of us are feeling this way.How we can slip into this state without realizing it.Why we donât tend to ask for help while languishing. The slightly âwoo-wooâ antidote to this blah feeling. One of the most important factors in daily joy.How we get into that state of being. Why itâs crucial we have periods of uninterrupted time. How focusing on âjust manageable difficultyâ projects is helpful.A hopefully soothing guided stillness moment to integrate everything.Full show notes including journal prompts linked below :

In this Audio Coffee episode, Iâm riffing on how to shift through moments of discomfort and choose differently.
As a highly sensitive person, I find that discomfort hits me on a deeper than average level. I know Iâm certainly not alone in this. Itâs normal to want to shift ourselves back into the comfort zone when things get a little tense.
Whether it be an emotion we havenât processed or a belief that is popping up just as weâre about to do something new and different. However, this is also the thing that keeps us stuck and eventually wears away at our self-esteem.Iâve been doing a little practice for the last few days that has really shifted what I choose for myself on a daily basis. Itâs a simple, easy to remember, totally free thing.
Is it the end all be all? Nope. Not a chance. Does it help shift things towards the better? Yes.
Items I riff on todayâŠ
A little update on your host and the RRP.Understanding and respecting the process of change. The key to choosing differently in moments of discomfort.Balancing logic and âwoo-wooâ (masculine and feminine).Staying the course through change. Why progress (which is inherently imperfect) equals happiness. And of course, a card pull. :)Journal Prompts:
What fear is coming up in this moment of discomfort? What would I have to believe about myself for this to be true? How is holding on to this belief protecting/serving me?What is a more supportive and more true belief I can begin to step towards? What do I need right now?I hope this episode was helpful! In this episode, I talk with Thirza Voysey founder of Soul Farm, Equine Therapy Intuitive and Guide, and author of The Wild In Us.
Thirza and I met in a really random way on one of the trails of the island we live on. I ended up going to her farm and getting a little taste of the power and beauty of horse therapy. That day I got a glimpse into what was once just a dream manifested into reality.
In this episode, youâll hear about how she went from working 9-5 to moving her entire life and family to a small island and venturing into a vocation that she had no experience in. Thirza is a beautiful example of what can happen when we follow our hearts. That being said, as you know, the road was not without its bumps and detours which she shares super openly and honestly about.
Some topics we touch onâŠ
What horse therapy is and what it looks like. Why horses are so good at balancing energy. How to trust our heart nudges.Committing to following your heart.Self-doubt and feeling like giving up.Guilt when choosing to follow your dreams.Trust falling into your dreams. What happens when the first 3 chakras are blocked.Stepping into your power and being BIG.What vibrational bounce is.Why horses work in the divine feminine.Disassociation and why itâs so common.Plus an introduction of the horses!I hope youâre inspired by this episode and feel a little less alone on your journey to whatever your version of Soul Farm is.

This Audio Coffee is formatted a bit differently than usual. I pulled a card on Instagram this past week that really resonated with people. So I thought, why not just jump right into it. So instead of this episode being in two segments, as usual, we just dive right on in with the card reading.
In this Audio Coffee episode, Iâm riffing on how often the hardest part about things coming to completion is the letting go part. Itâs normal for endings to be bittersweet. To want to hold on to the known and the safe and feel a bit trepidatious about whatâs ahead. This is a totally normal human feeling and itâs so important to not judge yourself for having it.
Change can be challenging enough as it is (although I do believe we can get better at it over time) so thereâs no sense in adding extra pressure on an often already pressure-filled situation.
Also, happy full pink moon! How timely. :)
Items I riff on todayâŠ
Completion and letting go.A fun Dairy Queen story.Codependency and detachment.Planting seeds vs. forcing.Journal Prompts:

In this episode, I talk with the incomparable Janne Robinson for a second time and it was such a rich and varied conversation.
Janne originally came on in 2019 in an episode called Speaking Truth Unapologetically where we spoke about her upbringing, living in a place that resonates with the soul, how she came to her creative work, discernment and worth in relationships, and much, much more.
Janne is a wild at heart, eyes to the sky, feet on the ground kind of woman. Her capacity to show up truthfully and vulnerably is a gift cherished and enjoyed by all of those who enter her orbit. She is a poet, a coach, champion for truth, and all-around deeply inspiring human.
Some topics we touch onâŠ
EMDR Therapy and why Janne thinks itâs one of the most effective out there. Why travel is tough for her as a highly sensitive person (HSP).The benefits of starting your day with a bath. Her experience with beginning to heal the Mother wound. How we are shifting into the Matriarchy. The feminine practices Janne is integrating into her daily routine. Her experience with hiring/finding the right team.An extremely expansive story of money and abundance.Relationships, falling in love, and finding your human.Entrepreneurs and love.Entrepreneurs and self-care.Why Janne is waking up at 5:00 am and its relation to the Ayurvedic doshas.Money, manifestation, and reprogramming the subconscious. How she faces and integrates self-doubt.Healing the shame around sharing and expressing the spectrum of human emotion. And so much more!I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did recording it. There is so much to be gleaned from Janneâs wisdom and this is definitely one to keep coming back to. You will learn something new each time.
Lots and lots of love as always!
