Mito and Pau met in college when they were freshmen, but their friendship only sparked a year later when they decided to get ice cream and share their personal experiences in Rome. Fast forward through a friendzone and 2 years later, the two are committed to a romantic relationship and are going strong. They enjoy watching Marvel television series together, doing novenas, and of course, eating together!

Our fifth episode is out and with us are the Sahagun Sibs! In mission work, they found a love they have never experienced before. This love, which came from serving Christ and His Church, has become like the glue that keeps the “Sahagun Sibs” so close. Having Christ at the center of their family is one of the greatest gifts they have ever received and has inspired them to share that same gift with others through active service in the Regnum Christi apostolates of Conquest, Mission Youth, RC LIFE, and the RC Youth. Aside from RC, they identify as Lasallians, believing strongly in the Christian call to do all actions for the love of God. Listen in on their conversation about why it's important to root our self-worth in God and how we can do it today!

On this episode of RC LIVE, we've invited Kai Leal and Bryan Acha to speak about mental health and faith. Kai graduated from Ateneo de Manila University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. Wary of spending the rest of her life alone mixing chemicals in a laboratory, she decided to take up graduate units in Philosophy from the same university, only to end up finding her real calling in the field of education. Since 2010, she has taught in the Ateneo, Everest Academy Manila, and Miriam College High School, and currently works for Tanglaw ng Panunuluyan Center (TPC), an educational center for Catholic psychology based in Quezon City. Whenever she’s asked about how she met Regnum Christi, Kai fondly recounts how she accidentally attended her first Missions after being invited by a friend who described it as an “outreach in the province.” That friend did not show up for Missions. Kai did. The rest is history. Bryan is a current medical school student at the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of the Philippines Manila. Bryan was first introduced to Regnum Christi in his high school, De La Salle Santiago Zobel School, and has been an active member since and even incorporated into the Regnum Christi Young Men Sector. Bryan's motto in life, "Tantum Quantum" or "in so far as", constantly reminds him to keep his eyes heavenward. Hope you enjoy the episode!
