  • The conversation explores the journey of Charlotte Goss (Systems with Charlotte), who was inspired by her frustrations with the underutilisation of talented women in low-paid jobs. This led her to create a business that empowers women through entrepreneurship, particularly in the virtual space.

    Charlotte started her business, as a virtual assistant (VA) business but eventually transitioned into systems implementation and consultancy. She helps intentional soloist business owners with CRM setups, email marketing setups, and other online systems. Charlotte experienced burnout as a VA due to the constant task switching and variety of work. She decided to focus on systems and now works on a project basis, setting up and redesigning systems for clients. She believes in niching based on target market rather than specific services. Charlotte helps clients set up systems such as CRM, email marketing, courses, and memberships. She offers consulting calls to identify the right system for each client and then follows a similar process for system builds, including a mapping call, implementation, feedback, and support period. Charlotte is an approved Moxie implementer and also works with tools like Dubsado, Kajabi, and Squarespace.
