We are electric. Because of this it is in the best interest of our health to keep a healthy voltage and we do this by staying connected to the earth as much as this modern world disconnects us this is more important than ever! This means looking at our light environment, the things we use in our home, the food we eat, the water we drink, and the clothing we wear matters too! Did you know that polyester and synthetics create a static positive charge? We want to be negatively charged when it comes to our voltage. This is why it is important to take a look at the clothing we wear and that is the topic of today! Are the fabrics you are wearing natural? What were they dyed with? Who made your clothing? I (Andeea) have been on a journey for almost 10 years now shifting my closet over to natural and it is not perfect, but I do my best. Catharine Arnston is an expert in algae nutrition, a wellness thought leader, an experienced entrepreneur, and a sought-after speaker. Catharine has a PhD, MBA, BA Hons, and is a board-certified health coach.
Catharine's journey into the fascinating world of algae began in 2008 when her younger sister was diagnosed with breast cancer and advised by her oncologist that an alkaline diet would improve her healing. Catharine left her 25- year corporate career to help her sister identify which foods were alkaline and this led her to algae - the most alkaline, chlorophyll-rich, high-protein, nutrient-dense food in the world. When Catharine learned that algae's vast healing properties were documented in tens of thousands of scientific studies but that none of these studies or benefits were known outside of Asia, she knew she needed to do something. To do this, she read thousands of scientific papers that detailed, validated, and confirmed algae's nutritional, health, longevity, and global benefits. Morley Robbins is the creator and founder of The Root Cause Protocol and the Magnesium Advocacy Group. He is a self-taught mineral expert, and author of [Cu]re Your Fatigue: The Root Cause and How to Fix It on Your Own.
Morley received his BA in Biology from Denison University in Ohio and holds an MBA from George Washington University in healthcare administration. Morley has trained in wellness coaching, nutritional counselling, and functional diagnostic nutrition.
He is also known as the Magnesium Man due to his extensive research into and understanding of magnesium’s role in the body. Robert C Gourlay, RFD, B.App.Sc., M.App.Sc. Company Director and Environmental Research Scientist Robert is the Managing Director and Chief Scientist of Resonate Research Pty Ltd (www.phion.com.au, www.meawater.com, www.primalwater.com.au) and Environmental Research and Information Consortium Pty Ltd (ERIC, www.eric.com.au) and a principal environmental scientist specializing in biological research, water structure science, groundwater mapping and bore location, resource assessment and management.
Robert is the inventor of the MEA water devices. He has over 30 years of water structure research, leading to the first MEA water prototype in September 2012, capable of holding a permanent negative charge and structure. The design and engineering have been improved since that time through innovation or feedback from over 300 experiments with water quality, microbes, plants, animal, and human wellbeing. His papers and essays are continuously updated, and new papers added based research outcomes by other scientists dating back to the 1920’s (www.meawater.com) Robert has professional research experience since 1992 in biological applications and in natural resource assessment and management, technology innovation and application in the areas of remotely sensed data, soil and water management, biological farming, and trace mineral applications.
He pioneered the development and application of techniques in the use of airborne radiometric data for mapping salinity, other soil properties and minerals. He also pioneered a new mapping technique in the location of deep, fractured rock groundwater sources. Dr. Sara Pugh has a degree in Biochemistry Genetics and PhD in Molecular Mechanisms. She studied protein folding, which plays a role in Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease, antioxidants and fluorescence. She worked as a postdoctoral researcher on heart muscle cells, cholesterol and statins. She has had her work on the above subjects published in various peer-reviewed journals.
She helps people improve their metabolic mental and physical health using; psychiatric nutrition, ketogenic diets, fasting, hypnosis, targeted supplementation and Pilates. She has a successful membership group and podcast Quantum Based, Substack, and YouTube channel Busy Super Human.

Scott Zimmerman is an optics engineer with over 35 years of experience in the industry and over 80 US patents. In the last decade, Scott has turned his attention to how light interacts with the body. This has led him to becoming an expert on the physiology of melatonin and how NIR/IR light propagates through living tissue. Scott is an expert in optics and has focussed his attention on quantifying the health effects of natural sunlight. Scott has unparalleled knowledge about how light interacts with systems.
His innovations and inventions have been used successfully in a wide range of military and commercial products that include night vision displays, liquid crystal display backlighting designs, and lighting fixtures. More recently, he has been working closely with world-renowned researchers in the field of biology, looking closely at the relationship between natural light rich in near-infrared, melatonin and cortisol. His publications are alongside Professor Russel Reiter, the world’s expert in melatonin. Scott’s insights are profound and are changing the way we perceive our relationship with light and why we are yet to get a grip on diseases of modern life.
Scott has also started a company, NIRA, and seeks to integrate the best of LED technology and the best of incandescent technology to make lightbulbs that are safe and provide much-needed NIR wavelengths absent in modern fixtures.
