Christian Dean has been on her fitness & health journey for 10 years. She comes from a very obese family: her Grandmother passed away at 700+ pounds. Her Mom weighed over 500. Christian was over 300lbs at age 17. She's now 33, and has been CrossFitting for 1 year and has lost 40lbs since starting with Diablo.
