    Today, we are delighted to have invited a seasoned property investor, Steven, also known as 'Old Panda'. He is active on social media (including YouTube and Red), actively sharing his investment stories and insights. Some of his nicknames are also quite intimidating, including 'Mindset Basher', 'Capitalism Toilet Cleaner' and 'Hardcore Investor'. His stragety has been purchasing properties with strong rental yield plus great growth potential without sacrificng day to day life. In this episode, driven by our care for rare animals, we've decided to delve deeper into how Old Panda transformed from a novice investor to a hardcore one. He has experienced setbacks. At one point, he nearly had a falling-out with his family due to his intense study of investment secrets for a large sum of money, and he also made the difficult decision to sell his own home to pursue a path of 'Rentvesting'.
