I’m Michele, who recently (& intentionally!) turned life upside down & moved from south England to a farmhouse in Scotland with my husband & our 2 boys. I love holistic therapies, yoga & all things woo! A few years ago, I embarked on a journey of soothing my anxious nervous system after a break down (life got too much for various reasons). The result was finding my true self & feeling worthy of all good things in life (through heaps of journalling, self-care practices & self-development inner work). Now it’s my mission to manifest all my dreams, live my best life & lead the way to YOU also feeling like a WORTHY & WEALTHY MAMA!
