Dr. Russell Gilbert, M.D., FRCPC, D. ABSM, D. BBSM, is a Sleep Specialist with 30 years of experience, specializing in non-pharmacological treatment of insomnia using CBT-I. Based in British Columbia, Canada, and with a private practice in Arizona, USA, Dr. Gilbert completed his medical education at Western University and training at the University of Toronto. He has extensive experience in Fibromyalgia-related sleep disturbances and previously served as medical director of multiple Sleep Clinics in Arizona.

If that's true, you need better decisions, not more work.
