Welcome back to the Pat’s Cavan Podcast. Our fourth episode of this season is the first part of two special anniversary episodes as we celebrate the 150th year anniversary of the College. Each of our guests were Headboy during their time in the college and we look back with them upon funny memories, their roles and responsibilities and how the school and it’s community has changed throughout the years. With Active Schools and Well-being Week currently taking place in the school, the Pats Cavan Podcast present a bonus episode which focuses on the well-being of young people. We will be talking to Ger Robinson of ‘Super Generation’ who chats about gaining leadership and learning skills at a young age. We follow that with a captivating interview with Jackie Fox, who’s daughter, Nicole, lost her life to suicide. She address the importance of mental health as well as talking about her fight against online bullying and the introduction of ‘Coco’s Law’.
