Dani, a dedicated holistic therapist, passionate about natural healing and wellness. Born in Belgium and raised in Portugal. Aged just 23, following a serious car accident, he embarked on a transformative journey. He studied holistic therapies in India, Thailand, South America, Australia, and Germany. In India, he was privileged to study at an Ayurvedic Hospital. An experience that gave him a profound understanding of the body's innate ability to heal when in balance.
He was fortunate to spend extended periods with masters, gaining authentic knowledge directly from the source. We discuss this in the podcast. His journey took him to Thailand, where he delved into traditional Thai herbal medicine and their meridian Sen lines. In South America, he explored indigenous healing practices. These experiences further enriched his understanding of holistic therapies. In Australia and Germany, he studied Bio-resonance therapy, which uses the body's energy field to identify and treat various health conditions.
For over 20 years, Dani has maintained a relentless curiosity and commitment to learning, continually seeking to enhance his knowledge and expertise in holistic therapies. This ongoing journey of discovery allows Dani to offer his clients the most effective and beneficial treatments.

She has extensive certifications in Pilates, Personal Training, Bungee Physio, Barre Instructor, Ariel Sling Instructor, Corrective Exercise, Sports Massage, Sports Mental Coach, Coach for SEN Children. Tracy currently has two businesses CHI’s Therapy operating since 2019 and Bungee Physio HK operating since 2023.

Tracy continued to do training in a wide range of subjects including sports psychology and in 2023 she opened her second studio Bungee Physio HK.

He spent the first 8 years running one of liveliest bars in HK. However, he was looking for a new venture something to take him away from his feeling of being trapped. He was looking for something else to do, something different and he thought he needed to start his own business.

Two years ago, Float Co introduced an Ice bath and later this year they will be opening up Health related services.
In the podcast Ciaran explains that floating is a practice that develops over time and it brings with it many advantages including but not exclusively, improving sleep, reducing stress and anxiety. My guest on the podcast this week is Rishi Narang. Rishi lives in Hong and works in cyber security as a “Security Alchemist”, specialising in security advisory and risk mitigation. Being a neurodivergent individual, Rishi is passionate about mental health and well-being. He is a certified coach and mentor, sharing insights on fostering mental well-being, understanding neurodiversity, promoting inclusive hiring practices with allyship, and mitigating technology induced social isolation.
I met Rishi at an event dedicated to “Neurodiversity’ hosted in Hong Kong. Rishi was diagnosed with ADHD - Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder in late 2022. He tells the story of his diagnosis in the podcast. Very simply, neurodiversity refers to the different ways a person’s brain processes information. As Rishi explains neurodiversity is your cognitive ability to do things differently, to process things differently and to come up with out the of box thinking that is not neuro typical. It’s a different way of thinking, as simple as that.
Rishi shares his story of discovering his neurodivergence , how it was liberating and understanding how different he is and how similar he is. How it is a boon and a curse. How he stays on top of things with three buckets and shares many more insights including encouraging individuals to explore and experiment, to be curious and to develop resilience.
