As I post this episode at about 2 am Monday 6th June 2022. This weekend two men were going to be burnt for blasphemy in Abuja. Based on the news [going around], one was successfully burnt, and Okada riders rescued the other. Early on Sunday morning, a catholic church in Owo Ondo state was attacked. Some say it was a bomb, but the videos on Twitter show people with bullet wounds in the pool of their blood and that of their co-worshippers.
The question is, how do we move forward?
In this episode, I discuss the past, present, and future of religious tolerance with Ayomide Mariam; and how we can draw hope for the future from the way Britain is secular today [even though they once were host to Christian religious extremists].

Deflecting compliments is a way of pushing away positive comments because we think it is manipulative and not necessarily true or perhaps the person does not recognize that we are not that good. On this episode, we talk about the link between this (compliments), self doubt, low self esteem and a life lacking happiness.
