Movember is over, but struggles with mental health have always been, and will always be, an important issue in the daily lives of people all over the world.

As prevalent as mental health issues are, there are a lot of gaps in understanding how to best support the people in our lives struggling with them.

This is the audio companion to a Youtube video really just meant to, hopefully, make things a bit easier for you and your family/friends.

Let's encourage people to continue fighting against the stigmas, and to keep these conversations going!

Love and light to you and yours,
    Jeremy
