On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the Constitutional crisis we face right now is coming out of the lower courts of the federal judiciary and it must be stopped. We have a federal Judge who ordered President Trump to call back an airplane that was flying vicious criminals back to El Salvador and we have every right to call these Judges out. When Judges act like politicians they must be criticized. This all ties back to Marbury vs Madison and it affects you. Chief Justice John Marshall’s decision, which established the Supreme Court’s power to strike down laws deemed unconstitutional, was a dangerous overreach not intended by the Founding Fathers. The Constitution does not explicitly grant the judiciary this authority, portraying judicial review as an implied power that Marshall seized to expand the Court’s influence. This decision in this case laid the groundwork for the judicial tyranny which has since undermined the republic, allowing unelected judges to override the will of the people and the legislative branch. Also, for the apologists of the Iranian terror regime, a nuclear warhead on an intercontinental missile has the capacity to kill millions of Americans. To pretend otherwise is unconscionable and insane. Trump is 100% right, Iran must never get a nuclear weapon, period! The official position of MAGA: Iran will not get nukes. The President, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of State, and National Security Advisor all said in the last 24-36 hours that by hook or by crook, Iran must not and will not get nuclear weapons. Then comes this bizarre claim - Israel’s got nukes! Yes, but they’ve never dropped them on any of their enemies, never even waved them around as a threat because Israel’s the core of the Holy Land.

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, 10 Senate Democrats joined Republicans in support of keeping the government open, with 38 Democrats, voting for a filibuster, ultimately supporting a shutdown. The Continuing Resolution (CR) will now pass with a simple majority. The media, anticipating a shutdown, was ready to criticize the Republicans for clicks but is now frustrated at Sen Chuck Schumer. Had the government shut down, Democrats would have faced a difficult situation: President Trump and DOGE could have used the opportunity to cut non-essential employees and agencies, with budget law allowing these reductions to be self-identified. Also, Democrats consistently label Republicans as extreme, which is as a lie and a manipulative tactic. This misrepresentation, particularly regarding Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security, is intended to confuse and mislead the American public rather than provide factual information. The left employs these tactics to manipulate perception and advance its political agenda. Later, the Attorney for Mahmoud Khalil argues that his case is a free speech issue. This case has absolutely nothing to do with free speech, this is an immigration issue. Democrats are attempting to establish a non-existent legal standard for green card holders. What is driving the protests at Columbia University? The institution has a longstanding presence of Marxist-leaning faculty, fostering a blend of Islamist and Marxist ideologies. They reject the principles of academic freedom, favoring coercion over open debate. Finally, Charlie Gasparino calls in to explain that that during President Biden’s last months in office, his administration allegedly spent between $250 billion and $300 billion on unnecessary expenditures, intended to stimulate the economy to get Kamala Harris elected. Alan Dershowitz calls in to discuss Jewish Voice for Peace’s ties to anti-Zionism and terrorism and the radicalization of Mahmoud Khalil. Finally, a judge has ruled that thousands of fired federal workers must be immediately rehired. They don’t want to cut anything - they want to add - more billions out the door to their radical left-wing groups. The Democrat Party represents Washington D.C. and the massive bureaucracy. Better to block grant funds to the states, run the Pell Grant program and other such statutorily based programs out of a much smaller entity, and promote school choice for America's parents and children. Finally, the Democrat party, the Democrat activist judges, the Democrat media and the Hitler youth are coming to the defense of Mahmoud Khalil. His activist group, CUAD perceives itself as a “revolutionary force working toward the destruction of the United States and Israel.” It sounds exactly like Hamas’ mission statement. This group is swimming in terrorist propaganda.

Democrats aim for one-party rule and may shut down the government as a tactical move to win a larger political war. Rather than protecting citizens, they seek to exploit people and their jobs. Finally, It’s unsurprising that Mark believes the U.S. shouldn’t negotiate with terrorists, as they follow no rules and don’t wage war like a traditional army. Negotiating with terrorists for hostages is a mistake, as it encourages them to take more captives in the future.

President Trump delivered an exceptional, historic speech that was intriguing, motivating, exciting, and funny, outshining many other speeches. The Democrats’ disgraceful behavior—like not applauding a 13-year-old boy with brain cancer honored by the Secret Service—shows they’re disgraceful and unfit to run anything. Also, the Supreme Court’s dismissal of Trump’s attempt to freeze foreign aid is a disgraceful ruling, exposing Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s clear contempt for him. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, President Trump put the hammer down on Iran, Russia, and the Hitler youth protestors at colleges and universities. Trump is adopting an aggressive and strategic approach to both foreign and domestic challenges. He is pressuring Russia and Ukraine to negotiate an end to their war with sanctions and diplomacy, while simultaneously threatening Iran if it does not agree to a nuclear deal. Domestically, he is taking a strong stance against antisemitic university protestors. The Trump administration is taking actions that the Biden administration wouldn’t. The Trump administration has canceled $400 million in grants and contracts to Columbia University due to "inaction in the face of persistent harassment of Jewish students." Also, over the last seven or eight years, China has significantly muscled up and is now a serious force. Billions of dollars have been spent on everything except the U.S. military, but Trump will fix that. Later, it’s fine to have people with strong opinions, but the hosts on The View are unhinged radicals. They constantly cross the line, with Sunny Hostin leading the pack as the worst offender. ABC News apparently has no issue with her calling for people to fight and die. Hostin needs to be fired for pushing violence like that. Finally, Kevin McCarthy calls in to explain that the Democrats are in chaos, fighting an internal civil war with no clear leader in the House, even after the election. In California, Gavin Newsom’s presidential ambitions have him clashing with the party by opposing men in women’s sports, fueling the divide. The split isn’t just left versus hard left—there are no moderates anymore, just Marxists and socialists.

Afterward, Gov Ron DeSantis called in and questioned whether private property truly exists when homeowners must continuously pay escalating property taxes to the government. He’s pushing to eliminate Florida property taxes and plans to put it on the ballot, standing with taxpayers. Also, Florida law enforcement is helping ICE enforce immigration law. Finally, why shouldn’t NPR be sold? Why do we even have government-funded radio? There’s so many other options to listen to now. Put NPR and PBS up for sale.

Trump revokes Biden's arms policy towards Israel, also, reform Jewish organizations have united to oppose Mike Huckabee’s confirmation as U.S. Ambassador to Israel. Their problem is that Huckabee has strong pro-Israel, pro-American, and pro-Christian stances. These opposing groups are merely left-wing Democratic organizations masquerading as religious ones. There are two views of law: Republicans uphold a just, principle-based law rooted in natural rights and Judeo-Christian values that strengthen culture and family, while Democrats favor a power-driven, arbitrary law that disregards the Constitution and seeks to control society, breaking generational bonds. Also, President Trump’s idea of selling U.S. citizenship for $5 million could generate revenue rather than burden resources like hospitals and schools, which the left tolerates with open borders. President Trump's proposed minerals deal would massively benefit both the U.S. and Ukraine. Later, you’ve heard about the supposed Medicaid cuts in Congress’ resolution, but the Medicaid program isn’t even mentioned in the resolution Republicans passed in the House. Nobody is cutting Medicaid except for the fraud. Democrats love to inflate these programs and get as many people enrolled as possible. They’re so ideologically tied to a bloated government.

They can admit their illegal status, register, and leave without penalty, preserving their ability to return legally in the future. Those who fail to register will face criminal charges. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, there are two views of law: Republicans uphold a just, principle-based law rooted in natural rights and Judeo-Christian values that strengthen culture and family, while Democrats favor a power-driven, arbitrary law that disregards the Constitution and seeks to control society, breaking generational bonds. Also, President Trump’s idea of selling U.S. citizenship for $5 million could generate revenue rather than burden resources like hospitals and schools, which the left tolerates with open borders. While millionaires would still need vetting, this outside-the-box proposal doesn’t cheapen citizenship—unlike unchecked immigration—and deserves serious exploration. Later, the left is upset that Jeff Bezos is setting the editorial direction for his own paper, hoping to save it, and that direction appears to be toward liberty and prosperity, something they hate. Let’s hope he succeeds in this, despite the howls of the hate America crowd. Afterward, what is liberty? It’s a very important question because it relates to spending and the size of government. The word liberty is never used by the left. Democrats do not embrace the circle of liberty. Finally, Stephen A Smith calls in to explain that James Carville got upset when he pointed out that the Democrats are a mess. They have no national voice to carry the party right now.
