  • In the luminous tapestry of today's conversation, we welcome the venerable Robert Thurman, a scholar, author, and advocate of Tibetan Buddhism. Robert Thurman, renowned for his dedication to the teachings of the Buddha and his efforts to bridge Eastern wisdom with Western understanding, graced us with profound insights and enlightening anecdotes. The dialogue began with Thurman's evocative recollection of ancient India, a land brimming with spiritual richness, transcending time and geography. He posited that Jesus might have journeyed to India, absorbing the profound spiritual sciences there. This blend of historical musings and spiritual traditions set the tone for a discussion that seamlessly wove past and present, highlighting the timeless relevance of spiritual exploration.Thurman’s journey into Tibetan Buddhism, a path not tread lightly, was marked by his initial attraction to Indian Buddhism.

Upon his arrival in India in 1962, he discovered the Tibetans as the true custodians of Buddhist wisdom, owing to the transformative historical upheavals that India had undergone. His narrative was imbued with both humor and deep reverence as he recounted how the Tibetans, having preserved their monastic traditions, became his spiritual guides. This realization propelled him into the heart of Tibetan Buddhism, leading to a lifelong commitment to compassion and enlightenment. One of the most captivating segments of our dialogue was Thurman’s exploration of the fierce Buddhas. Often misunderstood, these fierce deities embody a protective and transformative energy, akin to a mother’s ferocious love in shielding her child from danger. Thurman emphasized that these fierce Buddhas help practitioners confront and conquer the darker aspects of their subconscious, leading to profound spiritual liberation. "The purpose of deep spiritual psychotherapy," he explained, "is to conquer those negative things in the unconscious, so they don't drag you in a bad way when you're reborn.

    "SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYS:
Compassion as the Core of Enlightenment: Thurman reiterated that the essence of Buddhism lies in compassion and understanding. True enlightenment is not just about personal liberation but about alleviating the suffering of all beings.Interconnectedness of Life: The dialogue underscored the Buddhist belief in the interconnectedness of all life. Thurman’s teachings remind us that our actions ripple through time and space, influencing countless lives.Embracing Fierce Compassion: The concept of fierce Buddhas teaches us that true compassion sometimes requires a fierce, protective stance. This fierce compassion is essential in confronting and transforming the negative forces within and around us.Thurman’s reflections on the Buddha’s enlightenment journey provided a nuanced understanding of spiritual awakening. Contrary to popular belief, the Buddha’s path was not a straightforward ascent to enlightenment but a deeply human journey marked by trials and realizations. His initial indulgence in severe asceticism, followed by the rejection of both self-indulgence and self-mortification, culminated in the Middle Way. This profound balance, Thurman emphasized, is the essence of Buddhist practice. The conversation ventured into the realms of metaphysics and the nature of reality, with Thurman sharing insights into the Buddhist perspective of time and existence. He illustrated how advanced meditators can perceive the universe in its micro and macro dimensions, experiencing a reality that transcends conventional notions of time and space. This perspective resonates with the modern scientific understanding of the universe as a vast, interconnected web of energy and consciousness. In our concluding thoughts, Thurman’s wisdom resonated deeply, offering a beacon of clarity and hope. His teachings remind us that the path to enlightenment is accessible to all, grounded in compassion, interconnectedness, and the courage to confront our inner and outer challenges. As we navigate our spiritual journeys, let us embrace these timeless truths and strive to awaken the Buddha within us.

Please enjoy my conversation with Robert Thurman.

  • What if the world you see isn’t the world at all, but merely a flicker of light on the edges of a far grander reality? This is the question that lingers in the air as we welcome Ibrahim Karim, a visionary thinker and the founder of BioGeometry, whose work explores the hidden forces shaping our perception of time, space, and consciousness. If we are only perceiving two percent of reality, what wonders remain unseen? And more importantly—what happens when we begin to access the other ninety-eight?In this profound conversation, Ibrahim Karim unveils the ancient wisdom buried beneath modern civilization’s rational mind. He speaks of the ways in which human perception has shifted over time, from the subconscious unity of early humanity to the left-brained dominance of modern man. With this shift, something vital was lost—an open door to the subconscious, the bridge between our sensory world and the unseen forces that shape it. “You think you ask the question and got the answer, but actually it's the answer inside you that prompted you to ask the question,” he reveals. And that, perhaps, is the secret to understanding all great mysteries. If ancient civilizations accessed a deeper reality, how did they do it?

According to Ibrahim Karim, their connection to the unseen was not mystical fantasy, but a precise understanding of the physics of quality—a science beyond numbers, one that acknowledges energy, resonance, and life force as fundamental aspects of creation. Unlike today, where we define reality through measurement, the ancients lived in a world that breathed, that responded, that spoke in symbols and synchronicities. It was a world where the material and the immaterial were seamlessly interwoven. And here we stand, in an era where artificial intelligence and technological advancement are leading us further away from nature, from that ancient wisdom. Ibrahim Karim warns that as we continue down this path, we risk severing ourselves entirely from the life force that sustains us. Yet, the solution is not to abandon technology, but to reintroduce life force into it. If we can harmonize our creations with the energetic blueprint of the universe, we might not only heal our bodies, but the planet itself.Perhaps the most fascinating idea of all is that of multidimensional time—the notion that reality does not move in a straight line, but pulses outward like ripples on an infinite ocean. If time is not linear, then neither is our existence. Reincarnation, past lives, even death itself become not destinations but interwoven threads in a much larger tapestry. We do not move from one life to the next in a straight line—we are, instead, shifting between dimensions of experience that have always existed. This knowledge, however, is not something that can simply be written down or studied in books. It is something to be lived, to be felt. The temples of the ancients, as Ibrahim Karim explains, were not places of learning, but of experience. And perhaps, that is the true message here: reality is not something to be understood—it is something to be engaged with. It is something to be danced with, like a flame in the wind.

SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYSPerception is Reality, But Not the Whole Reality – We only see a fragment of what exists. True wisdom is not about adding more knowledge, but expanding awareness beyond the senses.Healing is a Return to the Source – When we restore our connection to the life force that permeates the universe, true healing—of the body, mind, and planet—becomes possible.Time is Not What We Think – The past, present, and future are not separate. They exist simultaneously, layered within our consciousness, waiting for us to tune in.As we close this conversation, one thing is certain: reality is far more mysterious than we ever imagined. What we see, what we hear, what we think we know—it is only the surface of something vast and timeless, something that has been whispering to us since the beginning of creation. The question is—are we listening?

Please enjoy my conversation with Ibrahim Karim.

  • Tracy has always referred to herself as “obsessive compulsive delightful,” but who knew she could turn that trait into a booming business? While working for a major television director in Los Angeles, Tracy discovered she had the ability to see through any mess and clearly envision a clutter-free space. Coupled with keen time-management and organizational skills, Tracy soon found more and more people were asking her for help. Before she knew it, dClutterfly was born. Twelve years and thousands of decluttered homes later, Tracy knew it was time to take what she had learned working with her clients and write a book to help others dealing with clutter. She is author of the newly published book Making Space, Clutter-Free: The Last Book on Decluttering You’ll Ever Need and is a regularly featured expert in the media, including The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, goop, Home & Family, Real Simple, mindbodygreen, NBC, KTLA Morning Show, KCAL9, and more.

In addition to her impressive organizing tool belt, Tracy grew up with family members who hoarded and knows firsthand that the effects of living amongst an accumulation of possessions goes far beyond the home’s walls. This personal experience gives her an advantage over most professional organizers as she has a unique understanding of the mindset of the organizationally and spatially-challenged. When she is not dCluttering, Tracy is the proud Co-Executive Director of OneKid OneWorld, a non-profit building strong educational foundations for children in impoverished communities throughout Kenya and Central America. OKOW is providing kids with the basic (yet essential) fundamentals like desks and books, as well as paying teachers’ salaries, building classrooms and even installing solar power technology so students can study at night. • There comes a moment in life when we look around and realize that the unseen is just as present as the tangible. That what we cannot touch, we can still feel. On today’s episode, we welcome Julie Kramer, a seasoned shamanic practitioner who has spent decades walking between worlds, bridging the gap between the seen and the unseen, helping lost spirits find their way home, and guiding the living toward healing. Her journey into shamanism wasn’t inherited or predetermined—it was a calling that arose from the depths of her soul. From a young age, she knew that reality stretched beyond what the eyes perceive. But it wasn’t until she attended a retreat at Hollyhock in British Columbia that her true path revealed itself. There, she encountered the spirit world in a way that felt both entirely foreign and strangely familiar. As she describes it, “It just felt so natural. It felt so at once ordinary and extraordinary. It felt like I was coming home.” And isn’t that the nature of truth? It startles us into recognition, yet it feels like something we’ve always known.Julie Kramer explains shamanism as the ancient art of recognizing the world as alive with spirit. To her, the practice is not about belief—it’s about direct experience.

Through rhythmic drumming, rattling, and song, she shifts into an altered state, one where the spirit world is no longer veiled. She describes this process as tuning a radio to a different frequency, where voices, visions, and insights pour in—not as abstract notions, but as vivid, undeniable realities. The spirit world, she tells us, is not a distant place. It is here, intertwined with our own, overlapping like two sheets of glass. And while many who pass on make their way to where they are meant to go, some remain behind—stuck, lost, or simply unaware that they are no longer among the living. “They don’t know they’re dead,” she says. “They literally don’t know that they’re dead, and they can become attached to us.” These attachments, she explains, can manifest as emotional struggles, persistent fears, even physical ailments. The work of the shaman is to guide these souls home, to release what lingers so that the living and the dead alike can find peace.Yet, this work is not about superstition or mysticism—it is rooted in evidence. “Shamans were the first medical doctors. They were the first therapists. They were the first priests and priestesses. They were the first mediators,” Julie Kramer reminds us. Long before modern medicine, there was the deep wisdom of those who listened to the land, to the spirits, to the rhythms of life itself. And in many ways, we are now returning to what was lost, relearning the language of the soul.As the conversation unfolds, she touches on something profound: healing is not just about the body—it is about the spirit. Many of the ailments that afflict us are not purely physical; they are rooted in spiritual imbalances, in energies we do not yet understand. When we realign with our own spiritual nature, when we listen to the guidance that is always present, healing begins not just within us, but within the world.

    SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYS
The spirit world is always present. We are never truly alone, and guidance is available to us when we learn how to listen.Healing begins with acknowledging the unseen. Many ailments, emotional and physical, have deeper roots in the spiritual realm. Addressing these imbalances can lead to profound transformation.Spiritual work is evidence-based. Shamanism is not about blind faith but direct experience—through deep connection, we can access wisdom that transcends time and space. In a world that often feels disconnected, where the tangible is valued above all else, Julie Kramer reminds us that there is more to reality than what we see. The spirit world is not a place apart—it is interwoven with our daily lives, waiting for us to acknowledge it, to engage with it, and to embrace the healing it offers. The unseen does not ask for our belief—it only asks that we pay attention.

Please enjoy my conversation with Julie Kramer.

  • On today’s episode, we welcome Billy Carson, a researcher, author, and deep thinker on the mysteries of our ancient past and the cosmic nature of our reality. Our conversation is one that peels back the veil of what we think we know, revealing a world far older, far stranger, and infinitely more connected than we ever imagined. What if the Great Pyramid wasn’t simply a tomb, but a power generator? What if the Ark of the Covenant wasn’t just a religious relic, but an advanced energy source? These are the questions that Billy Carson explores with fearless curiosity. He explains that Egypt’s ancient monuments were not built by primitive people dragging stones through the desert, but by an advanced civilization harnessing forgotten technologies. Beneath the bedrock of Giza, he describes aquifer channels once flowing with water, generating electrostatic energy—an ancient power plant hidden in plain sight. But the discussion doesn’t stop with pyramids.

Billy speaks of the mysterious Gobekli Tepe, a 12,000-year-old temple complex buried on purpose by its creators. Why would an advanced society take the time to entomb such a sacred site? He suggests that this was no accident, but a deliberate act of preservation—a message left for us, perhaps, from a time when humanity walked in communion with higher knowledge. And what of Mars? The red planet, pockmarked with scars of what could be an ancient nuclear war, carries anomalies that defy mainstream explanations. Billy reveals that quantum computers may have already accessed parallel dimensions and that even NASA has hinted at discovering microbial life. If life exists elsewhere, even in its smallest form, what does that mean for our place in the grand, unfolding drama of the cosmos?

Our talk ventures into the nature of consciousness itself. Are we merely biological machines, or something more? Billy argues that we exist within a fractal holographic matrix, a cosmic dream where reality shifts according to our frequency. “We can only recreate what already exists,” he says. “We can’t create anything new.” It’s a radical thought—one that suggests that every breakthrough, every great work of art, every flash of inspiration is merely a retrieval, a remembrance, of something that has always been. Then, of course, we address the question of the unknown watchers, the caretakers of our fragile world. Billy speaks of incidents where nuclear weapons have been mysteriously deactivated, as if some unseen intelligence refuses to allow humanity to wipe itself out. It’s as if we are being guided—given just enough room to stumble, to fall, but never to utterly destroy ourselves.

    SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYS
The world is not what it seems. History, as we’ve been taught, is but a shadow of the truth. Open your mind, and the patterns will reveal themselves.Your consciousness shapes reality. The frequency at which you vibrate determines what you perceive and what you attract. Choose wisely. We are being guided. Whether by unseen hands or the wisdom encoded into the fabric of the universe, humanity is not alone on its journey. The future is unwritten, but the signs are clear: we are in the midst of a great shift. As humanity awakens to lost knowledge and the vastness of our true nature, the question is no longer if we will step into a new golden age—but when. The waves of history will always crash upon the shore, but those who learn to surf them will move with the tide, not against it.

  • In today's episode, we venture into the mystical realm of dreams with Machiel Klerk, a renowned expert in dream incubation and interpretation. Dreams, as universal experiences, connect us to our subconscious and perhaps even to a greater cosmic intelligence. They offer guidance, reflect our deepest thoughts, and sometimes provide answers to unspoken questions.Machiel Klerk is a master of dream incubation, an ancient practice where one asks a specific question before sleep to receive guidance through dreams. His book, "Dream Guidance," explores this powerful technique, emphasizing that dreams are not just symbolic messages but interactive environments where our beliefs and an external, mysterious force co-create our experiences. According to Klerk, dreams are a world in which we engage, offering us profound insights and guidance.

Dream incubation involves posing a precise, heartfelt question before sleep, inviting the dream world to provide answers. This method can address various aspects of life, from personal growth to practical decision-making. For instance, one might ask, "How can I find inner peace?" or "What is my true calling?" The key lies in asking the right question, reflecting a genuine desire for self-discovery and understanding.

SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYSDreams as a Path to Self-Realization: By engaging with our dreams and interpreting their messages, we uncover hidden aspects of our psyche, gaining insights into our true selves. This aligns with the ancient Greek concept of the daimon, a guiding spirit helping us realize our potential and fulfill our unique purpose in life. The Power of Questions: The quality of questions we ask in both waking life and before sleep significantly impacts the guidance we receive. A well-formulated question can unlock profound insights, steering us toward our true path. This principle applies not only in dream work but also in everyday life, where asking the right questions leads to greater clarity and purpose.Building a Relationship with the Dream World: Treating the dream world and its inhabitants with respect and intention enhances the guidance we receive. Writing down dreams, reflecting on them, and acknowledging the insights they provide deepens our connection to our higher self and the larger consciousness, leading to more frequent and meaningful dream experiences.Klerk emphasizes that our dreams are co-created by our beliefs and an external mysterious force. This understanding transforms our perception of dreams and their potential to guide us. Nightmares, often feared and misunderstood, can be seen as messages from discarded aspects of ourselves needing integration rather than rejection. One profound example Klerk shares involves a client struggling with dating after a long marriage. By asking his dream, "What is my biggest obstacle in dating life?" he received a dream showing him driving through a tunnel, mistaking a beautiful tiger for a threat, and backing out in fear. This metaphor revealed his tendency to retreat from potential intimacy, helping him address his fears and move forward. To consistently receive guidance from dreams, Klerk suggests developing a relationship with your higher self or spirit guides.

This involves regular communication, expressing gratitude for the guidance received, and treating the dream world with respect. Writing down dreams and reflecting on them shows the higher self that you value its messages, encouraging more frequent and clearer guidance. In conclusion, dreams offer a gateway to deeper self-understanding and connection with the larger consciousness. By asking the right questions and building a respectful relationship with our dreams, we tap into a wellspring of wisdom and guidance. This process enriches both our dream life and waking life, leading us toward a more authentic and fulfilling existence.
