Carsten is CEO of Modell Aachen. Modell Aachen is the maker of the BPM tool Q.Wiki which I already took a closer look at in episode 19. Carsten co-founded Modell Aachen in 2009 and today, they serve more than 1,400 customers worldwide.Carsten holds a Diploma in mechanical engineering from Ruhr University Bochum and a PhD from RWTH Aachen University.
Besides leading Modell Aachen, he also supports the German Association for Quality in various roles.
Carsten lives in Wuppertal together with his wife and two kids.

Martin HollingMartin is one of the New Process Podcast listeners who have listened to every single episode and he is a real BPM enthusiast. He has been working for Siemens in various Process Management positions in Siemens’ Energy sector for nearly 20 years. During that time, he developed and implemented a BPM framework that covered a lot of the New Process Principles.
After leaving Siemens, he worked as a Senior BPM Consultant for four years. Today, he is Head of Process Management at KEMNA BAU, one of the largest road construction companies and street infrastructure providers in Germany.
In parallel, he is offering his experience as a self-employed management consultant at living-processes.de.
As much as time besides work and his family – he is married and has 3 daughters – allows, he is singing in a local choir and restoring a classic car together with his brother.

Martin Hochreiter and Tobias ZucaliMartin and Tobias founded mkrz lab in 2023. mkrz lab is located in the Tabakfabrik Linz, Austria. Their mission is to get “From doing to thinking”. With mkrz lab, they also founded a hand workshop as a “making is thinking lab”, which is also named “Alternative lab for Future Skills”.
Before founding Makers Lab, Martin worked in medical informatics and automation business in various leading positions at KEBA Group. He studied Information Systems at Kepler University of Linz and is an active maker since he graduated from mechanical engineering high school.
Tobias — before founding mkrz lab — was CTO at Impact AI for about three years. Before this, he worked as UX Designer and UI Developer for various companies. He studied interior design and media art, and learned programming as an autodidact during high school. Since then, he has been involved with IT, especially in combination it with other disciplines.

Lars MüllerLars has been Process and Project Manager at Lufthansa Technik since 2015.
In this position, he takes over the role of a Process Architect for the procurement processes of Lufthansa Technik Group. Together with his fellow Process Architects, he manages and improves all the procurement processes and moderates a community of more than 1000 people worldwide.
Lufthansa Technik, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, is the maintenance, repair, and overhaul business unit of the Lufthansa Group. More than 20,000 employees of Lufthansa Technik and its subsidiaries serve over 800 customers worldwide with more than 4,200 aircraft under exclusive contracts.
Before joining Lufthansa Technik, Lars worked as Quality and Process Manager for Akka Technologies.
Lars holds a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Applied Sciences Kiel and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Applied Sciences Lübeck.
Together with his family, Lars lives in Oststeinbek near Hamburg.

MANN+HUMMEL is a leading global company in filtration technology. Under its two business units, Transportation and Life Sciences & Environment, MANN+HUMMEL develops intelligent filtration and separation solutions that enable cleaner mobility, cleaner air, cleaner water, and cleaner industry.
Jean-Marc has been working for MANN+HUMMEL for more than nine years in different supply chain positions, and he was as an expat in Shanghai until COVID-19. Today, he works in MANN+HUMMEL’s headquarters in the Ludwigsburg, Germany.
Before joining MANN+HUMMEL, he worked for different other companies, always with a focus on production, distribution logistics, and supply chain management.
Jean-Marc studied Business Administration at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University.

Daniel is project manager and product owner in the area of business process automation with a focus on workflow engines with low-code and no-code features at Robert Bosch Semiconductor Manufacturing in Dresden. Mastering highly complex manufacturing processes and automating networked business processes are at the heart of his vision for an easy-to-use workflow and component toolset.
He is also a member of the act “Madstep”, a group that brings entertainment in a quite innovative approach on stage.
Daniel holds a diploma in manufacturing engineering from the TU Dresden.

He has been working for Siemens in various Process Management positions in Siemens’ Energy sector for nearly 20 years. During that time, he developed and implemented a BPM framework that covered a lot of the New Process Principles.After leaving Siemens, he worked as a Senior BPM Consultant for four years. Today, he is Head of Process Management at KEMNA BAU, one of the largest road construction companies and street infrastructure providers in Germany.
In parallel, he is offering his experience as a self-employed management consultant at living-processes.de
As much as time besides work and his family – he is married and has 3 daughters – allows, he is singing in a local choir and restoring a classic car together with his brother.
