If there’s one thing that shapes how we show up in the world, it’s belief.
Not skill. Not credentials. Not even talent.
Belief. When we believe in something, truly believe, our energy changes. Our voice steadies. Our breath deepens. We walk differently. We speak differently. We stop waiting for permission and start taking action with confidence.
But when doubt creeps in? Everything slows. We second-guess. We hesitate. We shrink. That fire we once had? It dims.
As a baseball coach for teens, I see this shift all the time. At 13–15 years old, kids are right in that transition. They’re starting to let go of those wild childhood dreams, becoming a princess, an astronaut, a YouTuber and replacing them with more “realistic” paths.
Not because they want to.
But because society whispers things like: “That’s not practical.”
Or “Let’s be realistic.”And the damage isn’t in what path they choose. The damage is in what they stop believing is possible.
That’s why it’s time to reclaim belief. Not just for our kids, for ourselves, too.
It’s time to stop living by fear and start living by fire.
Because when we believe, we move different. We breathe better. We act boldly. We live in alignment.
And yes, sometimes that belief starts with something simple. Like putting on a cute, comfortable outfit that makes you feel like a boss. (Yes, even if you're just working from home.)
✨ Shoutout to Muve Life, my go-to brand for movement, comfort, and confidence. Because what you wear impacts how you move through the world and you deserve to move with power.

Last night Michelle went to a yoga session with instructor Monique and it was more than just movement; it was a journey into the heart of love. Between poses, she posed a question that lingered: "If we can give so much love to others, why don't we offer that same love to ourselves?"
This inquiry led us to explore the concept of self-love—not as a luxury, but as a necessity. Monique introduced the idea of "coating yourself in love balm," a metaphor for immersing oneself in self-compassion and kindness.
However, we also examined the flip side: when self-love becomes a fortress, preventing us from extending love to others. It's a delicate balance between nurturing ourselves and remaining open to connection.
In this episode of the Muve Forward Podcast, we delve into:
The importance of treating ourselves with the same kindness we offer othersRecognizing when self-love turns into self-isolationPractices to foster both self-compassion and openness to othersJoin us as we explore how to let love flow freely—to ourselves and to those around us.

Big changes are happening over here! From life lessons learned with my new puppy, Rocky, to diving deep into decluttering, this week’s episode of the Muve Forward Podcast is all about creating space for what truly matters.
In this episode, I share the joys and challenges of raising a puppy (spoiler: it’s both hard and so worth it!) and how Rocky has brought an abundance of love and joy to our home. But he’s also taught me something unexpected—how to slow down, focus on what matters, and let go of the unnecessary.
Speaking of letting go, I’ve been on a decluttering journey that’s gone beyond tidying up my home. Inspired by Stephanie Bennett Vogt’s book Your Spacious Self, I’m learning that decluttering isn’t just about tossing out old stuff. It’s about releasing emotional attachments and making space for joy, growth, and connection.
Here’s what you’ll learn in this episode:
How my puppy, Rocky, has brought love and lessons into my life. Why decluttering is more than just organizing your stuff—it’s about emotional freedom.Practical tips for starting your own decluttering journey and making room for joy.Plus, I share exciting updates about Muve Life Activewear! Big changes are coming with new designs and fabrics, and everything in our current collection must go. Don’t miss out—this is your last chance to grab your favorite items before they’re gone for good.
After you listen, I’d love to hear your thoughts. What do you need to make space for in your life? Share your story on social media and tag me at @themichellewolfe. And if you’ve got a furry friend like Rocky, send me their cutest picture—I’d love to see them!
