Recovery, what does it mean and how do we achieve it? Recovery is an essential part of any workout program. Balancing work and rest, allowing tissues to heal and decreasing the likelihood of injury all depend on incorporating some version of recovery into your program. Inflammation of the plantar fascia on the bottom of the foot causes pain with walking, running and standing and managing it can be challenging.
