In this episode we deep dive into common signs of stress; physical, emotional, behavioural and ways you can identify these stress triggers, ways you can manage them and work through them.
I also touched on an example with my huge burn out on 2018 and how all these signs were screaming at me to slow down, but I honestly thought I was just 'tired' because my work day started at 4am!

We run on a 4 week (give or take) cycle and we are seriously power houses when we know what part of our cycle we are in.Im going to break down the 4 phases and everything that goes on in them, including what hormones are present, how you may feel, and side effect, feelings or emotions you may be having plus suggestions how to work in with each phases

Welcome to part 3 of our Women’s Health Series
Todays topic is all about fitness, movement, types of training, how our body works and responds to the types of trainings. And guys, this is my place right now.As I was writing out these notes, I could’ve kept writing for a long time. If you don't know my background, I spent 10 years as a personal trainer and built it up to a 6 figure group fitness business prior to what I do now.
I also have represented NZ in rowing, and done a couple marathons, 1/2 dozen 1/2 marathons, ive done a bit of CrossFit, guys, ive done so much! I haven’t just taught this, ive done the do. Ive been through some incredibly hard events and races and had to train for all of it too.
So I know what it all feels like to be in all different heart rate zones and types of training but today, I wanted to break this down for you to be as simple as I can make it for you and get you to understand what’s happening in the body and how to know what’s going to suit you best for your current life style.

I have used weight loss for an example in todays episode! A little flow on episode from last weeks money habits!
Lets say you want to lose 20kgs.
That sounds like such a huge number and almost too overwhelming you don't know where to start.
The thing is, so many people start a weight loss journey, and then give up after a few weeks but lets just break this down for a moment
I can almost guarantee you didn’t put on 20kgs in a few weeks so why would you expect to lose it in a few weeks

This can be a hard love punch because I definitely remember hearing this before and thinking 'wow' I need to change so much!!!
We are a sum of the habit we currently have. Whether that is relationships, eating, mindset, fitness, money, etc. BUT I want you to know, this can all change, YOU can change your life at any time, and if there are areas of your life you aren’t happy with, you can take control
