I argue for why it's necessary to feel negative emotions (wait, what?!), and question our assumptions about how peace can be achieved in our relationships and in the wider-world. Yes, if we all managed to find 'inner peace' then 'peace on earth' would be much more likely, but what if peace is not found in the ways we've been taught?
