If you're like most of us, balancing the demands of career and personal life isn’t just a challenge—it’s a grueling daily struggle.
As a result, most of us are overwhelmed and exhausted from having “to do it all.”
In the process, we lose touch with our inner selves.
And from there, there is a downward spiral loop.

It's not.
I've been exactly where you are.
I am building a new business and a totally new career in my 50s – which I love, btw.
And to my surprise, I started putting my weight on AGAIN!
Here’s why:
I was, am, and always will be an emotional eater.
In the last few months, I have been immersed in my work, and to be completely honest,
I am scared to death whether I will make it or not.
This means I am trying to ease my anxiety...with food.
And so, I started reaching for my “fat clothes” in my closet yet again.
Which is very bad for my health, not to mention my figure and self-esteem.
The only way to stop this is to be mindful of eating and connect with my inner wisdom.
Regardless of the pressures my ego makes to be successful in my new career.
