396 Hz Solfeggio Frequency
This frequency is connected to the Root Chakra and can become blocked by Fear, Anxiety, Pressure and over time these things will affect some or all of our emotions/feelings, our minds and/or our bodies.
When we focus on or think about everything that's wrong in our lives, the brain releases certain chemicals throughout the body, which over time, breaks down our healthy cellular structure, weakening our immune system and can lead to chronic pain, depression and even contribute to the onset of disease. This constant focus on the negative will cause the body to become addicted to those chemicals the brain releases and hence the cycle of destruction ensues.
The 396 Hz Solfeggio Frequency can be used for finding, facing and then releasing feelings of guilt and shame. It is also associated with turning grief into joy. Combined with the added music, it creates a strong magnetic field of energy which can help us face past pain and trauma. Once we face these emotions and feelings the body can better release them. Solfeggio Frequency 174 Hz
The lowest of the tones and along with many other attributes the 174 Hz frequency has been associated with being a natural anaesthetic. It assists the Mind-Body both physically and emotionally as well as assisting with stuck karmic energy or the energetic kinks that "can" cause the Mind-Body pain. 174 Hz frequency helps to create cellular balance, motivating them to do their best giving the listener a sense of well-being, love and courage inside.

Along with many other attributes the frequency 417Hz is linked with releasing past traumatic and/or negative experiences.
It helps facilitate change within the "Mind-Body", on a cellular level, where our memories are stored. It assists with creating a conducive environment within the "Mind-Body" which helps to bring awareness to old, stuck and stored emotional trauma, pain or hurt.
