We are starting to get in deep with your finances and are getting ever so close to actually starting your budget! In this fortnight’s episode, we talk about how to reduce your expenses and increase your income. At this point, you should be aware and have a bit of an idea about your expenses, how much you spend and maybe where you can start reducing expenses. When we started budgeting we realised pretty quickly that debt was the reason why we didn’t have much money. It was stealing our money before it hit our bank accounts, so that’s the first step. Then we realised that there were some expenses that would require a phone call in order to reduce, either way, this step was pivotal to us winning with our budget before we even started. If you haven’t started yet, you have 14 days! Listen to the last three episodes, download the resources and get ready because we are getting ready to budget next fortnight!

This is the first step where you start to look at and talk about the categories in your budget and what numbers will reflect your income and your habits. It’s a fun but scary step all wrapped up in one! If you haven't already! Subscribe to the show, to keep up to date with what is coming up!
