On this week's Episode Amy & Kirsty are joined by Former Soldier, Author and Extreme Adventurer Jordan Wylie.
Jordan who is also a hunter on the popular TV show Hunted and has received an MBE for his services to charity was diagnosed with the condition ADHD last year.
ADHD or Attention Deficit Disorder affects people’s behaviour’s. They may seem restless, have trouble concentrating and may act on impulse and it can also be linked to Autism.
Jordan talks about his experience of living with the condition which he calls his superpower and shares his advice to young people.

On this week's episode Amy & Kirsty talk to Jaqueline Parkinson who is a Children’s Occupational Therapist and the founder of Magnificent Munchers which specialises in food therapy for children on limited diets often referred to as fussy or picky eaters.
We discuss the differences between having a child who is a fussy eater and a child who suffers with the condition ARFID (Avoidant/ Restrictive, Food Intake Disorder)

Alice works for SEN advocacy who help children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) secure the support they need to thrive and help parents and their carers navigate England’s complex SEND system successfully.Alice has a teenage son who has an Autism Diagnosis and she has used her journey to now help others.
A lot of her work is dealing with Education Health Care Plans and other concerns parents have with the SEND system.
