In this episode, we dive into the world of Renegade Kickboxing with founder Bre Rauscher, a doctor of physical therapy turned kickboxing entrepreneur.

Bre shares her journey from working in physical therapy to building her own fitness and mental wellness sanctuary in Utica, NY. Renegade Kickboxing is not your typical gym—it’s a place where physical strength meets mental resilience. Bre combines high-intensity kickboxing with unique mental health exercises, helping members release stress, set intentions, and connect with themselves on a deeper level.

Bre describes what makes Renegade unique, from the “battle boards” where members set personal goals to the energizing classes that include sound baths, yoga, and even “Savage Saturdays” for those seeking an extra challenge.

Whether you're an athlete or a complete beginner, Bre’s program focuses on meeting everyone where they are and building a community that supports each other's growth. Tune in to hear how Bre’s experiences shaped her approach to fitness and wellness, her passion for community, and the transformative impact Renegade Kickboxing is having on its members.

This episode is perfect for anyone interested in holistic health, mental resilience, or simply looking for a powerful outlet to boost their physical and mental well-being.

In this episode, we sit down with Dan Enea, a third-generation funeral director who has made it his mission to support his community through life’s hardest moments. Growing up in a family funeral business, Dan knew from a young age that he wanted to help people.

At Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, he shares how he’s modernized his services, embracing evolving preferences like cremation and simplifying funeral planning for families.

Dan’s commitment to community extends far beyond his profession. As an active volunteer, Dan has organized initiatives like the annual Veterans Picnic, a day dedicated to honoring and bringing together veterans and first responders. This year, he’s taking his support even further with a special, free bus trip to the Saratoga National Cemetery on Veterans Day, November 11. The trip includes breakfast, a Veterans Day service, and lunch, creating a meaningful experience for local veterans and their families.

Beyond his work in the funeral home, Dan has volunteered worldwide, responding to disasters like Hurricane Katrina and the Haiti earthquake, and even during the COVID-19 crisis in New York City. His stories of resilience and hope offer a powerful perspective on the impact of service. Tune in for an episode filled with insights on life, death, and the ways we can come together to support one another through every phase.
