The second amazing cookbook author I have on deck for you, you may recognize from social media. With over 4.6 million followers on Instagram, Yumna Jawad has made her mark on the foodie community, known for creating healthy and whole dishes with a Mediterranean flare. We chatted about her childhood, favorite dish from the cookbook, and the most grueling process of creating a cookbook. Which, by the way, is out TODAY!
Because I’ve chatted about so many amazing cookbook launches from previous episodes to upcoming episodes, I created an Amazon storefront with a section called "Podcast Guest Cookbooks," where you can just click and see all of the guests' cookbooks that I've spoken to. You can also head to livvinmedia.com to check out my first recipe blog,

UPDATE: It’s been a few weeks since the last podcast dropped. I always attempt to and plan to drop an episode weekly, but unfortunately with my deadlines and travels (and me being a one woman show!) it’s not always possible. Season 2 is looking to be a bit more scattered, but that does not mean that I have a shortage of fantastic guests.
This week I have the wonderful Loren Castle, who is the founder of the Sweet Loren’s, a gluten free and vegan cookie dough company. Loren and I had a pretty inspiring conversation, spanning from why she started the company to where it is headed. And it’s most definitely worth the listen!
