Grief is something we all experience, yet most of us don’t know how to talk about it, process it, or support others through it. In light of the recent LA wildfires and devastating tragedies, this conversation is more important than ever. Today, we’re diving deep into grief, trauma, and healing with licensed grief and trauma therapist Gina Moffa, who has spent over 20 years helping individuals and families navigate loss. Gina is the author of the bestselling book Moving On Doesn’t Mean Letting Go and a leading voice in grief literacy. In this episode, she breaks down why society is often “grief illiterate” and how we can shift the way we approach loss. We also explore how families can grieve together, how to help children process loss in an age-appropriate way, and what it truly means to heal. Gina shares invaluable insights on self-care during grief, why healing doesn’t mean forgetting, and how to support loved ones without unintentionally causing harm. Whether you’re navigating a personal loss, supporting someone through grief, or simply want to better understand how loss shapes us all, this episode will change the way you think about grief.

Brianne shares how becoming a mother has shifted her perspective on work, how Ginny & Georgia’s Georgia Miller compares to real-life parenting, and the power of female friendships in the industry. We also go behind the scenes of their new Netflix film, Kinda Pregnant—how Molly first got the script, why Amy and Brianne were drawn to the project, and what it means for women today. EPISODE RERUN: The Seedlings Group is an amazing organization. Co-Founders, Bronwyn Charlton and Aliza Pressman, not only happen to be the best at what they do in their field of developmental psychology but they are also both very near and dear to Molly and Emese’s hearts. We really wanted to do an episode dedicated to parenting styles and specifically dissect the differences between helicoptering and advocating—it’s such a grey line, isn’t it?! Plus, we wanted to hone in on what the tools are we need to ensure we raise our children into stellar adults. Pretty loaded but we think we made headway. If you’re a parent, experienced or not, or thinking of starting a family, we recommend you give this episode a listen.

Jennifer Garner is one of our favorite people; in fact, she's most people's favorite person. She has lived many lives and successfully pursued many careers. She has acted in some of our favorite TV shows and movies, such as Alias, 13 Going on 30, Family Switch, and The Last Thing He Told Me. She co-founded the company that makes all of our favorite mom-approved snacks, Once Upon a Farm, and has led numerous philanthropic efforts. Through it all, we have admired her talent and ability to wear so many hats while also remaining resilient and positive, no matter what life throws at her. There are truly so many different topics to discuss with Jen, so we wanted to dive deep into what we admire most about her – her ability to get through anything all while showing herself grace. Plus, we delve into her career, motherhood, and what's next for her. We'd all be lucky to channel a little bit of Jen in our lives. Hilary Duff is a big deal. She’s had a career that’s spanned over two decades, she’s still working (at an all time high) and a mom of three. Did we mention she’s only 35? As someone who’s lived many lives, she’s been able to stay incredibly grounded and kind, too. On this note, as someone, who, from the outside, is doing it all and thriving, we really wanted a lens into a day of her life. And, we get pretty nitty gritty—from what time she wakes up (does she set an alarm?) to what she makes for breakfast, where she loves dining out, and everything in-between. There is no one more candid than Hilary, and, perhaps, that’s her very superpower. We’d all be so lucky to have a bit of that HD fairy dust.
