In this episode, I talk about the C-Virus and the lifestyle strategies and immune support practices we can be implementing while at home to fortify our health and stabilize our minds while we’re at home. This episode discusses an Ayahuasca ceremony I partook in back in 2017 to remedy the PTSD I was experiencing after my daughter had been hospitalized. She is doing beautifully now and is healthy and thriving but the experience left me traumatized and unable to function properly on a day-to-day basis. Ayahuasca was instrumental in resetting my entire mental and emotional disposition. Enjoy.

-
Moving from you lower abdomen is found in many athletic pursuits, although it is not explicitly talked about often. Chinese Medicine stipulates that not only is this fundamental for physical movement and strength, but also lays the foundations for a life of longevity and our capacity to explore and feel the subtler aspects of human experience, such as intuition, grounded emotions and a more dynamic dream life. Enjoy.
-
In this episode, I demystify Facial Reading in the context of Chinese Medicine. Face Reading is a branch of Chinese Medicine but is often misunderstood and categorized as 'psychic reading,' making it inaccessible, obscure and irrelevant to many modern Americans. Here, I break the ideas down into laymen's terms and explain that this course of study is not an infallible system of divination, but rather, a pragmatic system of recognizing facial patterns over thousands of years that often allude to personality traits and health assessment. I discuss how everyone instinctively reads faces and the tremendous benefits from engaging a face reading session. Enjoy.
-
I summarize my experience and give pointers on the 96-hour I completed last night. I talk about the ease and difficulties of the process, as well as the ideas and cautions to consider when fasting. Fasting has been apart of human evolution since the beginning and I discuss why we should be considering this in modern times. Enjoy🥃
-
I discuss ‘ego death’ in the context of psychedelics and why ‘killing off’ your ego in everyday life can be problematic. Ego Death is described as when your orientation to your personality or identity dissipates or dissolves during higher doses of psychedelics. We can find Ego Death in other ways as well, but in this episode I discuss the psychedelic version and the pitfalls that come from ‘chasing’ it as well. Enjoy🥃

Conserving our sexual fluids, known as Jing in Chinese Medicine, is a concept not found in the West. Jing is not explicitly just sexual fluids, but comprises various aspects of our lives and bodies. That said, in this episode, I discuss specifically why ejaculating less increases strength, emotional stability and clarity of mind. I look at this topic through both an Eastern and Western lens. Enjoy.
-
In this episode, I discuss the notion that psychedelics, herbs and various plant medicines can be viewed as "personalities." By doing so, we understand we are entering into a reciprocal relationship and dialogue with a plant. As such, it frames our mind to value, appreciate and orient ourselves to the plants we ingest. Tune in to learn more.

In this episode, I discuss orthotropics and its relationship to the development of our facial structure. Orthotropics is a field of study that dictates the position of your tongue in your mouth and jaw placement, shapes the structure of your face as we age. Mouth breathing leads to a less attractive face, as well as deficiencies in posture and breathing. Orthotropics stresses nasal breathing, along with a few other key elements. I examine this concept though the lens of Chinese Medicine and how specifically this relates to Face Reading and our collective health. In both Western and Chinese Medicine, it is supported that our face changes shape and we have a direct impact on that through our oral positioning and lifestyle choices. Enjoy.
