Who's opinion do you value? Do you value the opinions of others above your own? In this life lesson Lucie talks about how every spoken word is an opinion. It's coming from a perspective. Then it is perceived. Every piece of advice we've ever been given, has come from a perspective based on peoples own experiences, upbringing, trauma etc. Sometimes that perspective isn’t in alignment with our own truths. This life lesson is here to remind you that it’s okay to reject the opinions and advice of others and to blaze your own trail.

This question that from childhood, is already setting us up to believe we are unworthy unless we are achieving: unless we are being the ‘what’ we wanted to be. So shouldn’t the question be: ‘Who do you want to be?" Lucie asks this question to encourage listeners to examine their values, and identify how they can be in alignment with the version of themselves that they always wanted to be.
