Aaron Cantor is a freestyle embodiment and movement expert with over 25 years of experience in the field. We met this summer when I went to the Return to the Source Retreat he co-facilitated. I was in awe with his style of teaching, playing and moving. In this episode we talk about bodywork, the difference between doing sh*t "in here" and doing sh*t "out there", the importance of demonstrable skill and what it means to be a good player.
