  • On this weeks podcast I am back with Kel Galavan aka Mrs Smart Money. She is the author of Mindful Money. We spoke all about being mindful with money and digital minimalism. Both are a powerful way to save money, but in a sustainable way. It also allows you to give your home, head and electronics some much-needed space and clarity. Tackling clutter can be such a cathartic practice. This month I am focusing all on no spend and using up what I already have at home....and I will be exposing myself...because I really do have a lot of unused products....And what better way to remove all temptation to purchase something new and shiny but to practice digital minimalism. I am talking about purging your email account of all those unwanted subscriptions, opting to go 30 days away from all optional tech.  ‘Optional’, in this case, means any tool or app where their “temporary removal would harm or significantly disrupt the daily operation of your profession or personal life.”; have tech free days; and give yourself a daily cut off point. More importantly - its time to reclaim back your leisure time and go practice some self-care...Heck, why not use up some of those gorge products you've been 'saving for a rainy day'.  Support this podcast
