In this episode I talk to Jill Schultz about her journey as a successful entrepreneur and what leading with integrity means to her leadership style and how she approaches life decisions.
Introduction
Jill Schultz is a serial entrepreneur, industry disruptor, author, motivational speaker, and business strategist.
In her courageous work around her own healing, she has been able to let go of the debilitating shame and self-loathing that had kept her paralyzed for forty-one years. The realization that helped her out of this shame was that she was not alone.
Jill’s warmth, understanding, lived experience and quick wit diffuse some of the heaviness around this subject. Jill is an expert in shame, and if there were degrees (Associates, Bachelors, Masters, PHD, double PHDs,) in shame, she’d have them all.
Jill’s approach will leave you free to create a space for love, success, and abundance.

In this episode I talk to Leslie Galloway about cultivating confidence and courage through emotional intelligence (EQ), trust, connection and mental fitness (PQ).
Bio:
I founded Interleap with the vision to create a place where leaders could find their human side in the midst of their businesses. As Founder and CEO, my mission is to create content and coaching that connects with clients and invites them to explore and grow into their greatest areas of potential. In a world where distractions often lead to unwanted complacency, leaders need this focus now more than ever. My goal is to help them get beyond their limitations and into the possibilities around them that make designing their visions of work, life and businesses a reality.
My success in this space comes from a lifetime of study around human behavior, successfully coaching clients on organizational design and leadership as a partner with Capacity7 and before then, building leadership and team management expertise in upper management and executive roles in the Branding industry. My superpower throughout my career has always been the ability to connect, engage and disrupt for the sake of change and growth. My ability to activate leaders from stuck to making their next leap, is what drives the success of my clients forward. I’m known as the go-to for relationship and team building and for creating impact and results through emotional intelligence (EQ), trust, connection, disruption and mental fitness. I believe the results of performance, success, and fulfillment come down to the people and teams leading them. Fulfilled leaders and teams create amazing things. We need more fulfilled leaders and they need places like Interleap to practice reconnecting with their who, why and what in order to create even bigger results for themselves and their businesses.
I have helped thousands of leaders recognize and reframe their growth and possibilities through 1-1, group and team coaching. My coaching sets leaders in motion by helping them reconnect with themselves and their vision for what matters and what’s next for them. This connection allows them to become evangelists for whatever movement they want to create a following for, big or small. I get to live it, so I know it’s possible. Coaching is an extension of who I am and why I show up in the world.
On a personal side, I am wife to Woody and mom to Grace and golden retrievers, Winnie and Birdie. I also have the most outstanding step-kids and spouses and grandkids you could imagine knowing. Non-negotiable 10s in my life are my faith which makes me who I am, family, friends, and the constant act of learning and growing. Add health, wellness and exercise of almost any form to this list. I love a good competition, especially on the tennis court.
