Today I had the privilege to talk with Kevin Quinter a Berks County police officer. In this episode we dive into all the aspects of being a cop. From working undercover, making arrest, breaking up drug deals, infiltrating prostitution rings. All the way to the not so fun paper work, the mental strain being a officer has on someone, the stigma around cops, and so much more. As you listen to Kevin tell his story you can quickly see he has a passion for getting children out of sex trafficking and into a better life. This led him to start the Berks County Sex Trafficking Task Force and he begin fighting this evil locally, nationally, and internationally. He did this with the help of other like minded people and the organization ZOE International. After listening to the episode you will have a far greater appreciation for police officers and a better understanding of what they experience day to day.

Ross Campanella is a national champion and you may ask Geoffrey what is he national champion for? Well I’m about to tell you because I didn’t even know this was really a thing Ross is a national champion for marching band. He is a percussionist which means he plays the drums, which you will learn a plethora about in this episode. I didn’t know anything about the marching band world And it’s pretty crazy after listening to him you grow a large respect for the art and the craft that it is, it’s incredibly physically demanding which I did not know it’s incredibly technical and to be performing at his level is absolutely bonkers. He’s also a super talented DJ just with his musical background he is doing mixes that other DJs are not doing. You’ll learn that more in the episode so he goes by the name, DJ boss Ross so go check him out on all of his socials.

On this episode of Just A Taste, I am stoked to have on Glenn Stoltzfus. Glenn is one of those guys that is just a blast to be around. He always in a good mood, always willing to joke around and have a good time. That’s about what this episode is. He understands that life is serious, but also life is short and you can’t take yourself too seriously. You need to make time to still do things you enjoy, pursue worthwhile relationships, and have fun while doing all of it. Although Glenn is the oldest guy that has been on the podcast, he’s probably one of the youngest guys at heart. Hope you guys enjoy this episode.

One of the most interesting people I know, Greg Martin. The way he perceives what I would call "what's normal" and the outlook he has on life has challenged my thinking in many ways. In today episode we'll dive into one of his newest endeavors owning a vending machine route where he wanted to challenge himself in business and to answer the question I believe most guys have of "I wonder if I could do that". After that we dive into life questions about fatherhood, what it means to make a mistake, what actually qualifies as a mistake. Other topics of faith, struggle, human nature and more. Hope you enjoy!
