This podcast is about sharing the last moments of our pregnancy journey leading up to our birth and our postpartum experience. Our pregnancy overall was amazing but we did experience some postpartum complications that were unexpected. This journey has been a rollercoaster of emotions for us but we're here to break it all down in what we call a "therapy session". We've had our own setbacks with knee pain and have even gone through surgical operations that could have been avoided to some degree. While some of your knee issues may be chronic, we believe that the tips provided in this podcast can at least alleviate some of the pain you're experiencing. None of these tips are quick fixes so give yourself some time to see if it is helpful or not. If all fails, we encourage you to see a doctor or physical therapist so that you can address the pain head on. We deeply apologize for our absence but it was only because we needed this time to take a much needed break. In this episode, we talk all about our experience traveling to the U.K. and Germany. We spent 6 days exploring London and 8 Days of visiting Toya's hometown of Bitburg and watching her favorite NFL team play (The Chiefs) play in Germany.
