Alhaji MD is a former banker with over a decade of experience in development and commercial banking. He
switched from banking to starting L&Z Integrated Farms with his two wives in 1997. He started L&Z from the cattle rearing business to expand its offerings to the entire Dairy Value Chain - from production to marketing. L&Z produces fresh milk, yoghurt, fura-da- nono, ice cream and chicken.

She also sits on the Board of Preparation for Life (PFL), an educational consultancy outfit.

Femi is also the brain behind “The Lagos Leather Fair”. The fair is an annual event and she has successfully run three editions.
