  • Media star spreads hope - Jane’s special guest today is global beauty and Internet lifestyle influencer Michelle Lee. Michelle reaches more than 40,000 followers each day with her content and comments about skincare, fashion, and beauty, as she chronicles her adventures to her loyal, world-wide audience. In fact, she comes on the show hot off the plane following a dash to Bora Bora where she swam with sharks!  But this glittering, globe-trotting life is the glamorous side of a serious condition.   • Jamie-Lynn Sigler talks health and wellness - Jane’s guest today is Jamie-Lynn Sigler, one of our youngest acting icons. Twenty-five years ago, she came into our living rooms as rebellious teenage Mafia daughter, Meadow, in the HBO drama, The Sopranos, and hasn’t stopped since. Indeed, for six seasons as we saw her try to deal with the crosscurrents of her complicated family, we were completely unaware of the serious personal turmoil she was secretly enduring: A diagnosis of Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis (RMS). Since that time, she has worked on countless projects, including, most recently, starring in the ABC series Big Sky and co-hosting her podcast Not Today, Pal with Sopranos brother, Robert Iller.   • Celebrated design expert on giving back - Jane's guest today is world famous interior designer, Thom Filicia. The founder and chief creative officer of the world-renowned New York City-based design firm Thom Filicia, Inc., Thom is best known for his role as the interior designer on the Emmy-award-winning program, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. Not simply a TV star and huge professional success, he is also a noted author who co-wrote a best-selling book based on his show. A hero as well in private life, ten years ago Thom donated his bone marrow to his brother, who was diagnosed with myelofibrosis. A complex blood cancer, myelofibrosis, affects nearly 25,000 people in the U.S. On this segment, Thom will be joined by medical expert, Dr. Andrew Kuykendall, a hematology and oncology specialist to discuss the new GSK initiative, Mapping Myelofibrosis.
