In this episode, I enjoyed sitting down with Heath Hocking. Heath was drafted into the Australian Football League and Essendon Football Club in 2006. Playing 126 games for the club and enduring through what would be a tumultuous time for the organisation. Heath is a devout family man and driven by a desire to be a good father, husband and mate. Heath completed his first ultra-marathon in 2020 and completed another 100 kilometres in 2021 with his eyes now set on completing 100 miles firmly on his radar. Heath is down to earth, and a good conversationalist; during our chat, he unpacks some of his passions, "the why" behind his drive and the key to past, present and future success. Enjoy
