HITTING A WALL?
Do what's necessary for you to get through this wall.If you're hitting a weight plateau, don't go into an even more aggressive deficit to budge the scales. Go into a reverse diet and slowly start increasing kcals so you don't get trapped.If you're at a point where you want to give up because everything's overwhelming, get through this boss fight.Figure out what the best strategy forward is, or maybe even retreating to do side quests, then come back. Do that...Whatever it is, just don't give up.

Most people get too ‘in their head’ and overwhelmed when improving their health or losing weight. They get too bogged down in different conflicting information on what they ‘should’ be doing. Should they have brown or white rice? Should they eat carbs or avoid them?

What you think and feel is often not the reality of the situation. Our thoughts and feelings influence our perception of the world around us. We interpret things differently based on our experiences.
The key is to not allow yourself to become derailed by emotions when external factors pull and tug on those previous experiences. Ie the scale going up and throwing in the towel to start Monday.

You’ll never be happy if you’re chasing external validators. PB’s in the gym, new low’s on the scales, it’s never going to be enough and you’ll forever be searching for the missing piece.
I spoke to clients who finished up with me around 3 months ago to check-in and see how they were going. All of them came back and said they’d gained a few kg’s over the holiday period but are now back down to where they were and maintained so “I guess I’ll take that as a win”
