Former Stanford Hall of Fame women's volleyball coach Don Shaw joins Terry in a conversation with Chris Marlowe, who excelled as a competitor on the college basketball and volleyball courts and as Captain of the 1984 Olympics Gold Medal-winning volleyball team. Lisa Reitsma and Nancy Meendering came from the same high school in western Iowa. Nancy followed Lisa to the University of Nebraska, where the two left-handed right-side attackers became three-time All-Americans. They are at the top of Husker volleyball records in kills for an individual season, and both played on teams competing for National Championships. They followed different paths to where they are today, helping raise a family with three kids and sometimes coaching them as well. This is their story.

Two of the coaches - Angie Oxley and Fiona Nepo - starred at the University of Nebraska, while Stevi Robinson excelled at indoor volleyball at Pepperdine and beach volleyball at USC.
