In this, Straight Talk episode Inna discusses the significance that barbell training plays in her children's lives and how it helped them through 2020. Strength training has always been one of the most important tools in Inna's mom-toolbox and it's no wonder why we call her, "Coach-Mom."
Inna talks about how she got her kids through some of their hardest times while acting as their coach and practicing patience as a mom. Sometimes the hardest part of raising kids is stepping back and letting them make their own choices in life. It takes a strong woman to raise a family but it takes an Iron Mom to help teach them the lessons of the iron.
Shoutout to all of the strong women who raise the bar on motherhood each day!

In this episode coach Inna tackles the topic of why women need to train heavier relative to their maximal strength and how triples allow them to do that.
Why should women train heavier more frequently than men? Why do women get less sore, recover faster, and deal with more frequent exposures to a training stress? What would kill most men is necessary for most women; training with heavier weights more frequently.
The episode wraps up with a confession from Raina about leaving her, "cardio-bunny" days behind her and how barbell training has taught her to be a more patient mom.
