This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast examines the distinction between fields that are manifest and unmanifest. The manifest world consists of three fields: the multiverse, interspace, and the Third State. Beyond these lies the unmanifest world, which is divided into Loka and Aloka, where Aloka refers to fields that are unmanifest but carry the potential to become manifest. Some unmanifest fields have the potential to become manifest, while others don’t. In spite of this unmanifest fields such as the omni field, the field of existence, and the prior field still receive impressions created when they interact with someone’s functions of mind. There are sixteen functions of mind including intent, will, desire etc. Impressions, referred to as Chit, in Sanskrit and vehicles formed from interactions between unmanifest fields and functions of mind can influence both your subtle field and the subtle fields of other people and will interfere with an individual’s path toward liberation. These realities cannot be fully understood intellectually but only through direct visceral experience.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast discusses the distinction between the authentic mind and the transcendent mind. The authentic mind consists of fields of energy and consciousness with universal qualities, while the individual mind is only conditionally real. Most people remain centered in the individual mind because they remain identified the I and its needs and desires, which limits access to the authentic mind. You can center yourself in your authentic mind by centering yourself in fields with universal qualities, which includes chakra fields, on the level of soul, energy gate fields on the level of spirit, and energy vortexes on the transcendent level. The transcendent mind is an element of the authentic mind. When you center yourself in your transcendent mind it will become easier to experience your intuition, discernment, and insight. By centering in your authentic mind and its transcendent aspect regularly, you will remain centered in universal qualities and gain greater access to the bliss that emerges from Atman.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast discusses two different views of ADD and ADHD. One view is that these individuals process information differently because their brains are wired differently. The other, metaphysical view is that they spend much of their time in the transcendent mind rather than in the individual mind which is centered in the field of Maya. According to this perspective, characteristics commonly associated with ADD, such as difficulties with executive function, time, responsibilities, and conventional expectations, arise because these individuals use their mind inductively focusing on insight, intuition, and inner knowing rather than linear thinking. While this creates challenges for kids living within patriarchal societies, it is not a defect; it’s a form of mindfulness that will permeate the world in the future. Many of these children are therefore misunderstood and judged according to patriarchal standards that no longer serve humanity. Rather than being impaired, they are early representatives of a different way of functioning that will be better suited to the core values of the next Yuga. Their greatest challenge is living in a society that still interprets their differences as shortcomings instead of recognizing them as part of a life - affirming revolution in human consciousness.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast examines the role of caring in spiritual life and argues that caring by itself is not necessarily a virtue. Caring must be conditioned by appropriateness, because insinuating yourself in situations that are not appropriate can weaken your boundaries, create attachments, and interfere with both your well-being and the well-being of others. Helping someone is beneficial only when it is appropriate; otherwise it can become a form of self-involvement rather than compassion. Authentic and inauthentic feelings are not the same, many emotional states are actually supported by distorted fields of energy with individual qualities rather than genuine expressions of energy fields with universal qualities. Authentic emotions resolve themselves naturally, while distorted emotions cannot be resolved by a human being’s subtle energy field. They remain active and continue to influence behavior, core values and a human’s sense of personal identity. By developing discernment, avoiding attachment, and acting when it’s appropriate, it’s possible to care for others while you maintain your well–being and personal integrity.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast discusses the nature and importance of boundaries within the subtle field of consciousness and energy. Human beings are interdimensional beings and function simultaneously on physical and non-physical dimensions through their subtle field of consciousness and energy. The subtle field contains complex systems, including the system of chakras, auric fields, energy gates, meridians, dantians, and vortexes. Surrounding all of these systems are thin surface boundaries that protect the integrity of the subtle field while allowing universal feminine energy to radiate through it into the external environment. Strong boundaries are essential because they support the free flow of energy, the experience of bliss, they protect the subtle field from projections of distorted fields, and non-physical beings that are parasitic or hostile to human beings. Weak boundaries allow other people and entities to interfere with the subtle field, creating attachments, and Self – limiting patterns, that diminish your life vibration. People with weak boundaries often fill the space around them with projections and impressions that interfere with the well-being of other people and undermine their authentic identity. Restoring boundaries requires mental discipline, detachment, discernment, and a lifestyle that supports the free movement of universal feminine energy. By remaining centered in your authentic mind and maintaining strong boundaries, you can remain stable, maintain personal integrity, and have your awareness and energy move freely within your subtle field.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast discusses the difficulty of living in an environment filled with distorted fields, dark energy, and projections from both humans and non-physical beings. Even enlightened beings and masters are still affected by the field of Maya and by the pressure of the collective field of humanity. As long as people remain centered in the I and ego, they continue to judge other people and what they do, they make demands, give themselves permission to hate people and project, distorted consciousness and energy into the subtle environment, limiting the ability of other people to remain centered and radiate life – affirming consciousness and energy freely through their subtle field. Maintaining a state of radiance therefore requires continuous effort, the integration of spiritual principles into your life and core values. An aspirant must learn to remain centered in their authentic mind without becoming reactive to projections from the field of maya; that will allow the chakras and energy gates to function properly and for energy to radiate through them freely.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explores how the internal dialog is influenced by projections and waves of consciousness entering the subtle field. Without mental discipline and detachment, these thoughts, feelings, and mental patterns are easily mistaken for one’s own and can create a continuous cascade of internal dialog. The key is not to become the thinker of the thoughts or the feeler of the feelings, but to remain centered in the authentic mind and allow these waves to pass through without attachment. Through practices such as “Neti Neti”, perseverance, and effortless effort, it becomes possible to develop detachment and gain greater control over the mind. Liberation requires active participation. Without mental discipline and the willingness to resist what is self-limiting, progress remains slow and a person remains vulnerable to projections, distorted fields, and negative influences. The authentic mind is described as the true foundation. By strengthening it and creating more space for authentic consciousness and universal feminine energy to radiate freely, a person gradually develops the stability, clarity, and resilience needed to continue the work of enlightenment.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explains why a life strategy is considered a problem in the work of enlightenment. A life strategy is based on assumptions, desires, expectations, and patterns formed through karmic attachments, childhood influences, and the field of Maya. Because it requires identification with the I, a life strategy keeps a person reacting to the past instead of remaining centered in, the ever-Present Now and their authentic mind. It may also be in opposition to their Dharma, since it’s based on what a person thinks they want rather than on what Shakti wants for them. A life strategy reinforces attachments and belief systems that distort perception and limit spontaneity, flexibility, and insight. A master does not push or pull, force an outcome, or proceed according to a fixed direction. They observe until they know, then they adapt by acting appropriately. By releasing the beliefs, attachments, and karmic baggage that support a life strategy, it becomes possible to remain centered in the ever present now, develop good character, and enhance the functions of the subtle so that more life-affirming energy can radiate freely.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast emphasizes the importance of learning the basics before engaging more deeply in energy work or the work of enlightenment. Without experience and knowledge, there is a risk of using the wrong kind of power, especially when it comes from past-life patterns that are self-limiting. The key is not what you can do with power, but the motivation behind it. If the motivation is self-serving, it must be recognized and released, otherwise action remains tainted. The foundation is detachment, mental discipline, strong boundaries, and the ability to center yourself in your authentic mind. You must also know the difference between authentic and inauthentic thoughts and feelings, and understand that bliss and universal feminine energy are more powerful than any field with individual qualities. When you are overwhelmed, it’s essential to remain centered, resist, and wait with patience and perseverance until Shakti supports you with insight and clarity. The episode also makes clear that the dark side is persistent and adapts, which is why you must be prepared. Trying to do too much at once or seeking to progress to quickly without a foundation creates risk. Instead, you should work step by step, dealing with one thing at a time, and staying steady under pressure. By learning the basics, developing character, and remaining centered, you can achieve the stability you need to face challenges and continue to progress.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast looks at how karma from past lives influences someone’s present life and explains that it can be confused with influences from early childhood. From the time in the womb, a child is affected by projections from their mother, family members, and traumatic experiences. In addition, the “poisons of the ancestors” and the collective karma of the family, tribe, or nation can influence the child. Karma is both a principle that declares that you will reap what you sow and it’s a substance known as karmic baggage stored in the subtle field. It does not fully emerge in early childhood, because the I has not yet developed. As the I forms, karmic patterns begin to express themselves through an individual’s personality and relationships. The people in the birth family and the relationships a person forms are predetermined by karma, they’re not accidental, but connected to past life attachments. It some cases an individual will be compelled to interact with people in order to learn lessons or how to follow their Dharma. The episode emphasizes that nobody alive has been incarnated with a blank slate. To liberate yourself from Self – limiting attachments you need to look inward, develop discernment, and learn to recognize and release karmic baggage within your subtle field.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast looks at why people act in ways that seem unintelligent and explains that this is not inherent, but connected to identification with the I and attachment to the field of Maya. Although human beings are eternal, enlightened, and divine, they ignore this by pursuing life strategies that gratify the I, often supported by culture and society where qualities like entitlement, competitiveness, and arrogance are valued over patience, perseverance, and non-harming. Stupidity in this sense is giving up of responsibility and refusing to see clearly. It is reinforced by fear, the desire for comfort, social pressure, karma, and the influence of non-physical beings, all of which make it difficult to change patterns or shift perspective. In addition, everyone enters life with different priorities, and unless transcendence becomes their highest priority, progress remains limited. The episode also emphasizes how difficult this process is: the mind can deceive you, the body is not prepared for higher levels of energy, and old karma and attachments create resistance. By paying attention and looking at yourself honestly, you begin to see what is actually happening, that makes room for self-knowledge to emerge from within.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast is about the comfort zone as a familiar field within the I, where patterns feel safe but keep a person in the field of Maya. Although it feels comfortable, it limits access to the authentic mind and to energy and consciousness with universal qualities. Especially in moments of stress or when change is required, there is a tendency to return to this comfort zone instead of dealing with what needs to be faced. This can interfere with intimacy with another human being, as well as clarity and progress, and it can even be mistaken for something higher simply because it feels familiar or subtle. Through discernment, it becomes obvious that a comfort zone consists of fields with individual qualities that are not nourishing and do not support love, joy, real human connection, or spiritual growth. As this is seen more clearly, the attraction to the comfort zone begins to diminish, and it becomes possible to reject it and choose fields with universal qualities, shortening the path of self-realization.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast questions the idea of “giving up the I idea,” explaining that the issue is not the existence of the I, but the attachment to it. The I is necessary to function in the physical world and cannot simply be removed, since physical reality requires some participation in duality. The real problem is that the I, identified with the individual mind and ego within the field of Maya, is trying to get enlightened, even though you are already enlightened. This creates a contradiction, because trying to achieve enlightenment reinforces the I and maintains its existence. Through knowledge and understanding of what enlightenment is and what prevents it, it becomes clear that effort and trying do not work, since enlightenment is not something to attain or change. By recognizing the truth and repeatedly affirming it, the attempt to become enlightened gives way to the recognition of already being enlightened. This requires surrender, letting go of control, and developing faith in what cannot be known or conceived. As attachment to the individual mind and ego diminishes, it becomes possible to move beyond the constant interference of the I and remain less identified with it.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explains that as long as a person is identified with the I – the individual mind and ego – they remain trapped in the field of Maya, going in circles while believing they are making progress. Everything they think, feel, and seek happens within this same field, so all attempts to “get out” fail. Self-realization is not about evolution or gaining something new, but about involution, a return by giving up identification with the I. The I constantly seeks qualities like pleasure, joy, and identity, but what is real has no qualities and does not change. Moments of natural joy can arise when the influence of the I diminishes, but the mind immediately captures them, assigns a cause, and turns them into something conditional, reinforcing the same pattern. The essential shift is not through effort, but through surrender. As long as there is a desire for experiences, feelings, or identity, one remains in the I. Letting go of these attachments allows that to happen which has no qualities and does not belong to the field of Maya.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast challenges your desire to be the hero of your personal drama and explains that identification with the “I” and the ego is the core spiritual problem. As long as a person believes they are the good guy and protects that self-image, they cannot see clearly what they have become or what is compelling them to act. Both Christian and Yogic teachings emphasize humility, the recognition that, as long as you’re identified with your individual mind, and ‘I’ there is nothing inherently good within you. Everything that is truly good comes from Universal Consciousness. By giving up the need to justify or validate yourself you can begin to see that you’re a divine being who has identified with dark fields that create Self–limiting patterns that coalesce into the ‘I’ and the individual mind and ego that supports it. This recognition may feel shocking or uncomfortable at first, but it allows you to transcend duality and experience union with Universal Consciousness.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explains how you can respond to the distorted consciousness, energy and subtle matter filling the collective field of humanity. As long as a person identifies with the individual mind and ego within the field of Maya, they remain trapped in evolving fields with individual qualities and have little defense against projections from other people and non-physical beings. These influences as well as attachments and karmic baggage are Self–limiting because they create confusion, self-doubt, and make it difficult to sustain intimacy. The solution is to participate in a process of transcendence – and with the help of a facilitator learn to release your attachments to karmic baggage and Self–limiting intrusions that trap you in the field of Maya and make it impossible to identify with Paramatman, the universal Self. By releasing your attachments and enhancing the flow of energy with universal qualities through your subtle field you will experience more pleasure, love, intimacy, and joy. As you progress you will develop discernment and learn to identify blockages and attachments. You will also learn how karmic baggage and non-physical beings influence you. With practice you can then release Self–limiting fields of consciousness, energy and subtle matter that block the natural flow of prana, chi, and transcendent energy through your subtle field. Working with an appropriate facilitator, who can help you develop inner vision and mental disciplined, the ability to discern the difference between subtle fields that are life affirming and fields that are Self–limiting, will help you step out of the field of Maya and gradually regain access to life-affirming fields that support your relationship to your Self, your loved ones and Universal Consciousness.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast looks at advanced energy work, in particular the process of bringing a field into congruence, it’s appropriate position in your subtle field of consciousness and energy. The central challenge is that an authentic field of consciousness or energy that is no longer congruent cannot be directly seen and in some cases even sensed, because it is obscured by distorted fields, attachments and non – physical beings. Trying to force congruence can create confusion and opens the door to mistakes and missteps. That’s why the recommended approach is to center yourself in your authentic mind and use your intent to program that the particular field you’re working with becomes congruent. Remain centered, attentive, and detached by using this approach repeatedly blockages will gradually be released, hard spots will soften. Subtle shifts of awareness signal progress. Advanced energy work therefore emphasizes detachment over effort, requiring experience, character, and respect for the complexity of advanced energy work.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast questions the expectation that a partner must “complete” you and challenges the idea of needing someone for fulfillment. It suggests that if you enjoy being with a person, get along easily, share intimacy, and are free to pursue your own interests and spiritual work, there may be no real problem to solve. Yoga recognizes two valid paths — the monk and the householder — and being in relationship can support Dharma and character development. A partner can help reduce narcissism, strengthen patience and perseverance, and shift the focus from “me” to “we.” The episode also questions the idea of a single soul mate, explaining that compatibility is largely about shared life vibration, and that many people could potentially fulfill that role. Rather than feeling intellectually compelled to leave a stable relationship in search of something “better,” it encourages you take an insightful look at what you actually needed, especially later in life when security, validation, or spiritual support may no longer depend on a partner.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast discusses how to raise a child with good character in a modern, patriarchal society. According to Yoga, good character begins with mental discipline, the ability to distinguish between fields of energy and consciousness that have universal qualities and those that are changing and have individual qualities. Universal qualities do not create attachment or karmic patterns they allow a person to function in both the physical and non-physical universe with equanimity. Good character also includes patience, perseverance, faith, loyalty, long-suffering, non-harming, and courage. A child must learn to be centered in their authentic mind, to live according to their Dharma, to endure hardship with equanimity, and to avoid harming others in thought, or emotion since negative thoughts and emotions can be projected from one person to another. Parents should teach their children that Karma and the non-physical universe are real, that information is not knowledge, and that success is not defined by wealth, power, or popularity, but by personal integrity. Above all, moral courage is essential, since the world is not always supportive or just. Moral courage is closely aligned with personal integrity and the ability to follow Dharma; without personal integrity Shakti won’t support your child with life-affirming consciousness and energy or the insight they need to make appropriate decisions.

This episode of the Inner Awareness Podcast explores the authentic nature of human beings as divine, interdimensional, and eternal beings who naturally radiate a specific spectrum of energy. This energy appears on different levels, such as Prana on the level of soul, Chi on the level of spirit, and increasingly subtle forms of transcendent energy on the transcendent level. For Self-realization, this energy must move freely through the body. On the level of soul, there are only four authentic human emotions, created by the Chakras: anger, fear, pain, and joy. These emotions are natural expressions of how energy flows. When energy moves upward without interference, it supports pleasure, love, intimacy and joy. When attention becomes focused on qualities that come from the field of Maya, access to these universal, life-affirming qualities becomes limited, but by redirecting awareness to authentic energy, it can flow freely and be fully experienced.
