At some stage in our lives, we hit something called "Rock Bottom"...
It's uncomfortable, painful and it really tests our belief system!
In this episode, I'll be sharing my personal experience with hitting rock bottom and why it's a blessing in disguise. Remember, sometimes things must be taken away from your life to make room for so many incredible blessings. Nobody is exempt from getting hit with big waves every now and again. Your job is to surrender and allow those waves to hit you without backing down. You face it, rise up above the water, breathe and keep on swimming. Even though it’s hard, you’ll always find calmer shores. It's time to shift your perspective and grow from every setback.

This episode is a very exciting one and you're in for a treat! No pun intended ;)
I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Lina aka That HealthJunkie! Not only did we bond over shared trauma but we also opened up about our personal experiences surrounding healthy eating. Lina's on a mission to make health taste and feel good. I love how open and candid she was about her personal experiences and her journey to developing a healthy relationship with food ( Currently the journey I'm embarking on right now) She posts insanely delicious/ healthier treats on her social media whilst also encompassing her culture. She encourages people to lead a healthier lifestyle whilst still enjoying the sweet stuff because life is all about balance.

Patience. It's becoming a bit of a lost art in this chaotic and fast paced world we live in. However, it's a skill that can be learned and practised. It can also change your life in such a big way! In today's episode, I'll be sharing with you the importance of having patience in your life and 5 tips on how to cultivate it more in your life. By mastering this art, you'll be better equipped to handle difficult situations and reduce stress in your life. Isn't that great? We tend to underestimate the importance of slowing down and having trust in divine timing. Just know, that every obstacle that is thrown your way is just a test from the universe. Testing your patience and commitment to whatever it is that you desire.
Side note* I forgot to add an affirmation at the end of this episode! How silly of me. So today it'll be in the description and this is a great one if you find your patience really dwindling.
I am patient with the process, knowing that everything happens at the right time.Support the Show.

Have you ever heard about healing your inner child? You may think it sounds very woo woo but in order to heal old wounds, we have to connect to the child within us so that we can better understand ourselves. It's important for us to heal childhood wounds because certain parts of us stay stuck in the past which massively impacts your emotions and experiences in the present. The biggest form of self love is nurturing your inner child and reparenting them. You have to be the voice they needed to hear.

In order to move forward in life and aim higher, we have to start from within and build a stronger pillar of self belief. Sometimes in life, we are told to minimise our dreams or completely scrap them all together because it's too "unattainable." When did we decide to allow people's opinions to dictate our lives and shrink us? In this EP, I talk about the struggles I went through in my younger years with bullying, low self esteem and feeling unworthy of my dreams. I will also be sharing my audition process for Wednesday and how I was inspired by Chris Hemsworth's audition for Thor. Don't allow people to derail you from your path and most importantly learn to heal, persevere through adversity and remove limiting beliefs. So many inspirational speakers and actors have inspired me on my journey (listed below) I hope in some way this inspires you to push forward and fight for your dreams because if the greats can do it, so can you x

HELLOO singletons... Why does being single have such a bad rap? I believe it's a transformative time and an opportunity to learn more about yourself and what you want/need in a potential partner. It's so easy to give into society and just hop into a relationship out of fear of loneliness. Let's face it, we all want love and to feel important to someone but how do we find that? In this day and age, the only way to meet someone is by swiping left and right on hot pics or compelling bios.. However, that in itself only scratches the surface of a person. How do we build a loving connection in a world where we hide behind our phones playing the "I don't care" game. The truth is.. you don't need to compete or play games. Loving yourself and removing limiting beliefs is a good place to start and a tough one...

I recently turned 26 and I thought it would be great to share important lessons I've learnt and I'm still learning. It's been a very eye opening year for me! One where I've had to really dig deep and face some harsh realities. Once I let go of all the negativity and focussed all my attention on cultivating more gratitude, my life drastically changed. Setting boundaries with loved ones was another hurdle I had to overcome! This episode is all about taking action and solidifying all the lessons rather than facing it with resistance. Enjoy x

Breakups suck! They're never easy but inevetibly we all go through them. The question is, how do we heal in a way where we grow as a person and learn to find happiness within ourselves riding solo? We tend to reject the inner work that we have to do in order to attract better in the future. Most of us want to fast forward to our healed selves but by doing that we subconsciouly push the pain into the deeper depths of our souls for it to later manifest. Or worse, getting straight back into the dating world and continuing the same cycle out of fear of being alone. This episode is about rising from the ashes of a heartbreak and learning to love yourself and stand up tall without a partner. You have to be able to show up for yourself first before you can commit to anyone else. Let's heal in a healthier and more badass way!
