May marks Mental Health Awareness month and this week we talk about how that ties into the stressors of having mom brain. We all are overloaded mentally with things that need to be done for our kids, our spouses, our home, and work that we often times forget to check in on ourselves. It is important to take mom self care days, check in with others, and keep the lines of communication open on how we are doing mentally.
