In this episode I call my kid friend, Arty, and I tell him a joke.
We're here! The final episode! One whole, weird, ridiculous year of ridiculous jokes every single day. Thanks for listening, and for getting in touch, and for being just the best. I'll leave you with one last, awful joke.
Q: How do you say goodbye to a hotdog?
A: BUN voyage!

In this episode I call my boyfriend, Josh, and I tell him a joke.
The penultimate episode, with the ultimate in boyfriend material. Couldn't do any of anything without him, and would never want to try.

In this episode I call my new friends, the Year 12 Drama students from Gleneagles Secondary College, and they tell me some jokes.
That's right! In this very special episode, a bunch of super excellent high school kids (and their drama teacher Kirsty) tell me some of their favourite jokes. What a joy this was. The kids are alright.

In this episode I call my kid friend, Arty, and I tell him a joke.
Arty and I are going to get bubble tea in the next few days. Maybe today. It's one of our favourite things, and it's always time for bubble tea. If you've never had it before, Arty recommends chocolate milk tea with pearls, and I recommend regular milk tea with pearls. Don't skimp on the pearls.

In this episode I call my new friend, Jo, and I tell her a joke.
Jo is one of Arty's favourite people, because Jo is his teacher, and boy howdy does that kid love school. Teachers are the best, always, and I have it on good authority that Jo is an especially good one. <3

In this episode I call my friend, Sara-Jane, and I tell her a joke.
Sorry for the spoilers about a 5-year-old movie, but I had to tell SJ the joke about Bucky, one of our favourite (sort of) heroes. If you ever wanted to read superhero comics but you weren't sure where to start, the Ed Brubaker run of Captain America (where our friend Bucky plays a big part) is an excellent place to kick off. Call me if you need a hand figuring what's what. And thank you to SJ for sharing my passions and being a nerd and for being just generally the best.

In this episode I call my friend, Essie, and I tell her a joke.
Did I mention that Essie is an incredible crafter and scrapbooker? She really is. Here is a video for a recent page featuring her ridiculous and adorable sphynx cat. So beautiful and so impressive (both the cat and the page).

In this episode I call my work friend, Jo, and I tell her a joke.
Jo almost definitely doesn't remember, but she's the person who gave me my first ever job in TV, straight out of uni with absolutely zero experience, and no skills to offer except boundless optimism. What a lovely legend she is. I hope the 30 or so people who will appreciate her AFL themed joke enjoy it.

In this episode I call my friend, Molly, and I tell her a joke.
Molly is my most loyal listener, and I'm so grateful to her for sticking with me the whole way through. And I'm grateful to the podcast for bringing us together. What a good.

In this episode I call my friend, Aubrey, and I tell her a joke.
Today Aubrey is marrying Cameron, and I just can't think of two people more likely to make each other happy forever. Also, props to them for choosing an anniversary date I will never ever forget (today is also my birthday). Can't wait to smish their married cheeks.

In this episode I call my kid friend, Arty, and I tell him a joke.
We are indeed going bowling today, and bowling with Arty is one of my top 5 favourite things in the world, so today is a good day. Hope your day is good too.

In this episode I call my friend, Aga, and I tell her a joke.
Since Aga's last podcast appearance (episode 182) I have met her baby, and he is an absolutely perfect angel. Aga is not an angel, but she is also perfect.

In this episode I call my work friend, Ben, and I tell him a joke.
Ben has what is basically my dream job, creating and designing the challenges on big TV shows, and he's currently somewhere very hot and very beautiful working on one of my favourites (*cough* Survivor *cough*). He's amazing, and is the only person in the world who is allowed to call me "spunky".

In this episode I call my friend, Jo, and I tell her a joke.
Jo and I only met for the first time about two months ago, but she's quickly become one of my absolute favourite people. Jo is funny, and cool, and absolutely incredible at her job, and it's not exaggerating at all to say I'm a bit obsessed with her. And it's ok to say that here because I've also said it to her face.

In this episode I call my friend, Amy, and I tell her a joke.
Recently I got to watch Amy be absolutely incredible at her job, which is the best, but I also got to see other people seeing it. Which is the even more the best. Amy is the best.

In this episode I call my boss friend, Alex, and I tell him a joke.
Alex is a sometimes boss who is about to become an all the time boss/colleague, and I couldn't be more chuffed about it. He recently went out of his way to help me out with a thing that he really didn't have to, and has therefore done away with his tough-guy-who-doesn't-care-about-much facade completely.

In this episode I call my friend, Caroline, and I tell her a joke.
Update since episode 198: Caroline now lives on her farm! Not to be too crass, but it looks absolutely bloody stunning, and I can't wait to get myself there. The farm has its own instagram page, just the one photo so far, but I recommend giving it a follow because it's going to be so, so great.

In this episode I call my kid friend, Arty, and I tell him a joke.
I would like to officially apologise to Arty for being too focussed on my own silly jokes to recognise the genius of his "kelpie" answer to the first one. KELP-ie. Bloody good, and absolutely deserved better from me.
You can still buy a memento of our time telling jokes together (a t-shirt with the podcast logo on it) if you want to. And why wouldn't you want to? https://www.justcalledpod.theprintbar.com/

In this episode I call my work friend, Sam, and I tell him a joke.
My favourite thing working with Sam was when I would ask him to try and figure out something that seemed impossible. He would make this thoughtful face, say "uhhhhhhh... yep. Yep. Yep." And then he would sort it out. Every time.

In this episode I call my friend, Nikki, and I tell her a joke.
Nikki called me the other day and left a voicemail, and something was wrong with the connection and she sounded like a broken robot and I could make out absolutely zero actual words. And YET I could still somehow tell she was cheerful and saying cheerful things and it made me feel cheerful. That is real power.
Joke friends! We're in the final podcast stretch! For anyone interested in a little memento, I have made a place where you can order a shirt or a tote bag with the podcast logo on it. I've got one coming for myself, so will post some real-life pictures as soon as it arrives. Get yours here if you want one: http://justcalledpod.theprintbar.com/
