Sarah's journey into mental health and wellbeing began to seed in 2006 when life threw
a series of challenges her way in a very short period of time. With her stress levels

on with it'. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work like that, and at some point, your mind
or body or both will force you to stop. In Sarah's case she woke one morning and her
voice had stopped working. It was this that spiked Sarah's interest in brain/body
connection and how stress & trauma can impact neurology and if we don't take note
this will ultimately present itself with physical symptoms. The name Exhale came from when Sarah took a pause and learned to breathe again. It
was at this point she re-evaluated what she wanted out of life and the importance of
self care & mental wellbeing. She decided re-direct her skills into doing something
meaningful, to help others like her take control & gain a greater understanding of their
brains & to have the ability to manage their own mental wellbeing. Her 30 years of
experience in wellness, armed with new understanding of neurology and trauma Sarah
found the power of hypnotherapy, left the corporate world and retained in solution
focused hypnotherapy, going on later to train with world renowned hypnotherapist and
trainer Ali Campbel where she developed her skills further to become a Master
HypnotherapistThis episode is jam packed full of info to help you understand your mind, how to increase your seratonin levels and live happier! Grab a notebook, you will need it!
